Posted: 11 Mar 2021 02:57 PM PST I have an iPhone 11 pro max which occasionally has microphone issues, the issue is that my voice can't be heard unless I position my mouth right up against the microphone. An example of this is that I can hear the tapping of the phone, but I can barely hear myself spesking on video. It's happened once before, vut I can't remember exactly how I fixed it. | Posted: 11 Mar 2021 12:07 PM PST Have tried signing in and out of AppStore, restarting phone, and deleting apps. Deleting apps seems to work but it is too labour intensive. The pop up doesn't list which Apple ID it is for and just has a box for a passcode I enter the password for my most commonly used Id and it says it's wrong. [link] [comments]  |

I was on 1x zoom and noticed the pictures were way zoomed out on my phone. i would assume that a 1x zoom should more or less relay what i'm seeing in person... 2x was more accurate but then not as defined (more grainy). any ideas? For the past 2 years I've been walking the same route several times a week, and recording 8200 steps with the iPhone 7. | Help! My iPhone touchscreen isn’t working right Posted: 11 Mar 2021 03:23 PM PST Since last week, the right side of my iPhone XR touch screen doesn't respond correctly when the phone gets warm. It's only a year old, but my warranty is expired. I've never dropped my phone, it's been in my otter box case since I purchased it new. When I try to type the letter "i" on the keyboard, it types "u" or "o". I also can't click any buttons on the top right of the screen, for example- the page refresh button in safari. It also acts like I'm zooming in and out if I hold my finger on the right side of the screen. My phone doesn't get unusually warm, just normal warmth within 6-7 min or so of use. If I lock the phone and let it sit for a minute, it works fine again. But this happens every time it gets slightly warm. What's causing this and how do I fix it? Thanks! [link] [comments]  |

My wife had a Nokia phone many years ago that featured lock screens that evolved during the course of the day. One example featured a branch with buds that slowly opened into flowers as the day progressed and closed back at night. | Where is the music coming from?! Posted: 11 Mar 2021 09:45 AM PST A few times now, I've had music play through my phone and I do not know here it's coming from. It happened most recently this morning. As it was playing, I closed down all running apps, checked and reset Bluetooth and looked for any other connections (none were found that I could see). I have no idea how it's happening and it's really weird. Now, the music that was playing sounded like contemporary Asian pop music, to be fair the kind my neighbours sometimes play, which I overhear. | Best way to combine numerous video files and upload to youtube? Posted: 11 Mar 2021 01:12 PM PST I use my iPhone 12 Pro to record my son's basketball games.. I stop for timeouts etc so I have numerous files.. What is the best way to combine them all to one and then upload to YouTube? I've tried using apples movie editor but when I try to save it (since it doesn't have an upload to youtube option) it says not enough space.. I've offloaded the files to my PC but can't seem to find a free video editor that will simply combine the clips and upload to YouTube. Anyone have any suggestions to accomplish this? I have the 128GB model and a game is roughly 16GB in file size.. So if I add the files to movie editor and then try to save it, I think it's essentially doubling and I don't have the space is what I'm guessing. Thanks [link] [comments]  |

All the cheaper options I've tried were way too loud on the lowest volume setting, so I was considering biting the bullet and getting a pair of AirPods. Could someone share their experience with them, if the lowest setting, when using an iPhone, is low enough? For reference, I have an iPhone 12 Pro (the EU version). I am having an issue when I select a live photo as my lock screen wallpaper and when i hold it to activate, the screen goes black, aside from the very right edge of the screen. Not to where the sound is broken, but it's very muffled. Then my friend comes with his XR and it sounds fantastic. I had the same problem with my old iPhone 8. My gf wants to also be able grant app requests to our youngest son. Also to grant extra screen time when he asks for it. Otherwise I am the one in control all the time. Does she need to be in the same family group (I already maxed out the 6 when sharing Apple Music to our other kids and parents) ? Is it possible to share the admin role for the family group? I assumed it would be 100% since it's a new battery, but I saw one website that guarantees 95%, so it would seem to be <100%. If you've replaced yours, please post how much your max capacity was after being replaced.
