[14.5 (18E5164h)] Recent call history disappeared

This morning I noticed in my Phone app that all calls before the start of the month disappeared from my Recents list. I then restarted my phone and after restarting even more calls disappeared. Essentially all prior to today. Wonder if it's the restart that causes it. Anyone else?
