Wish I found this place sooner Posted: 10 Feb 2021 11:48 AM PST Like the title says I wish I had found this sub sooner. I've had my iPhone X since it's initial release and have loved it. It's not until the last several weeks that I've had issues. For example my battery life is abysmal at best. I find myself always needing a charger and my battery capacity is around the low 70s now. Also for some reason here for maybe the last month my phone will randomly alternate between silent mode seemingly at random. I've loved this phone but it's time to upgrade. Battery Health Dropping Each Day Posted: 09 Feb 2021 08:35 PM PST I've bought a iPhone X (used) 5 days ago, with then intention of replacing the battery. I bought it with 75% battery health & 739 cycles. I thought I will replace the battery within a month. But it dropped 2% of battery health in last 2 days & now I'm scared if it has other problems than battery. I use 5w adapter and charged overnight twice in these 5 days. Is this normal? Degraded Battery Posted: 09 Feb 2021 10:26 PM PST Is it possible that ghost touch issue occurs because of degraded battery ? ghost touch is not that so bad it just touch the same spot (upper part) causing the screen to froze. i did not used it for 1 week and then after, it returns to normal and used it for 2 weeks without ghost touch. Caller ID frozen on iPhone X, can’t even turn off phone. Help! Posted: 09 Feb 2021 11:21 PM PST I was on the phone with a friend. We got off the phone and that was when the caller ID from the conversation just stayed there. It is currently kind of greyed out - like it was stuck in the middle of disappearing. Every time I turn off the screen for my phone, the frozen caller ID would just be there. I tried to turn off my phone to get rid of the frozen caller ID (side button + volume down button) but I can't even turn off my phone!
