Will all phone companies eventually follow Apple in removing charges from the boxes? Posted: 03 Jan 2021 10:46 AM PST I understand the "environmental" side of this discussion. But why do all companies suddenly have the same idea? They are clearly trying to profit of the fact now that Apple has spread the message that removing chargers is good for the ecosystem. If android devices choose to forfeit charges in boxes , they better let customers take one for free. Or at least include a wireless charger inside which is compatible with all devices.
