    I noticed that on OBS for PC you can turn on virtual camera and you can basically use videos or gifs as your "camera." I thought maybe it would be dope if a tweak could do this. Would be funny to troll some friends/people on FaceTime :)

    [QUESTION] Sileo: Untrusted Package

    Hey all, I created a quick repo in like 30 mins to get a tweak up for a friend, and whenever he or I try to download it with Sileo (works with any other package manager) it throws an error "Package com.*.* is untrusted and..." then the rest flows of the screen. What can I do on the repo end to fix this?

    I saw a comment saying to remove AppStore++ choicy and app data for it to not restart device on odyssey but I want confirmation first before I do anything as I have already had a very bad experience doing ldrestart on odyssey before

    [HELP] Invalid Sim - UncOver ios:13.3.1 iphone7

    I keep getting a "Invalid Sim" notification or a "No SIM Card" notification at "Midnight" , sometimes I even get a "No Service" notification.

    When I LdRestart , my SIM card works fine and my service is back up and running.

    I've gotten rid of all of my tweaks and the problem still persists, even tried to rootFS, but even in non-jailbreak mode the problem still persists. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    [help] PrivacyTools not working on latest version of odyssey

    So I switched from unc0ver to odyssey yesterday and noticed privacy tools has stopped working. If I open it in settings, the photos, camera options take me to a blank page instead. Is it not compatible with odyssey.

    [Tutorial] Reset or Update your jailbreak

    You may need someday to update your phone (for a new jailbreak support or not), or to reset it because of problems or to simply get rid of your jailbreak and get a fresh phone.

    Requirements

    Everything mentioned below requires a PC where you can use iTunes. (Except for some cases)

    Prerequisites

    You'll need to download the ipsw of the version you want to install on your device. Go on this website and follow the steps to get your ipsw file.

    If you want to use a technique below that requires iTunes, you'll need a signed version (iOS 14.3+ at this time)

    Steps

    Step 1: Remove your jailbreak

    No matter what you want to do, you have to remove everything related to your jailbreak. Here you got 2 choices: - Restore RootFS: This is a very common option that can be found in the app of your jailbreak. This will delete your jailbreak files without doing anything to your data. - Wipe your phone: This will totally erase your phone. Then you have 3 choices for this: - RootFS + Settings: Restore RootFS, then go to your settings and erase content and settings of your device. Simple. - RootFS + iTunes: Restore RootFS, then go on iTunes, and ⇧+Click on the "Restore" button. Then choose the ipsw file you downloaded of a signed version. This will update your phone (if jailbroken in an unsigned version). - SuccessionRestore: This is a wonderful jailbreak tool by u/samgisaninja that allows you to combine the 2 steps above. It will clean your jailbreak data, and if you check the right option in its settings, it will also totally wipe your phone. It requires an ipsw that it will download by itself, or that you can provide directly in the right folder. Everything is explained in this app.

    Note that using the "RootFS + Settings" method isn't the best one, there can be leftover jailbreak files and this might cause problems.

    Step 2: Update/reinstall iOS

    If you only want to reset your phone, then follow the steps 1 or 3 above and you're good to go.

    Else, it's almost the same thing for an update than for a restore on iTunes. ⇧+Click on the "Update" button in iTunes, choose your ipsw of your signed version, and follow the steps. Congrats, you have an updated phone ready to be jailbroken again!

    Hello there. Since my phone is of Korean origin, I have been using my phone with jailbreak for 1.5 years. i jailbroken to turn off camera sound. My question is, would I have a problem if I want to change regions with the NAND programmer? Would there be a problem with phone - server verification? my phone is xs max.

    [Question] Cuboid or other alternative??

    I'm using an 8 plus and want to alter my layout. Cuboid looks great, but it requires me to hold the status bar after wiggle mode, but with the 8 plus the status bar disappears during wiggle mode.

    Does anyone know of a way to fix that or an alternative?
