One thing that matters a lot to me is a proper, distraction-free, browsing experince which I can easily do on Android thanks to the Firefox plugin ecosystem. We saw during WWDC apple introduced some features to watchOS that were pandemic focused like washing hands alert on apple watch. Same with iOS 13.5~ when the iPhone takes you straight to the passcode screen when it detects a face mask. Some users on Reddit reported their iPhone works with the mask on, who knows? Also, Marketing this years iPhone will be hard if it doesn't work with masks. What will they say about face ID? All the improvements will seem useless if it couldn't unlock with a mask on.
