A SAILOR dropped his £1,100 iPhone into the sea but recovered it six days later — and it was still working fine with even a 3% percent of battery left.

Apple is awesome. According to the article, Apple were surprised and didn't know how it happened but only made a guess that maybe the mud closed the charging port thereby preventing water from damaging the iPhone X.

Just curious but my mom's iPhone 8 Plus battery life lasts longer than my iPhone X my battery health is even 91% and my mom's is 85% and the difference in our battery life is like 3-4 hours apart and we almost have the same usage. Any reason for this?

Battery might be faulty

Hello First of all, i never charge my phone overnight, i try to only charge it from 25-80, but i never let it drop below 20%. It lasts me 2 days, so i just charge it when its on about 20%. Optimized charging is turned off. I got this phone in April i think, everything was fine. 3 weeks ago or so the battery health went down to 99 and i thought, yeah after ~40 cycles that may be fine and i charged it even more careful after that. Today i checked it last time i checked the battery was 3 days ago - 99%. Today i check it again and its at 96. The phone has 64 charge cycles and i mean this seems kinda fishy to me. The warranty isn't expired yet, am i able to get the battery replaced for free? Thanks for your reading.
