I was able to call the contacts added to favorites/quick call so now there is no phone app widget at all. I need that widget. Anyone else feels same way ? Messages added Game Center information to shared contact Posted: 25 Jul 2020 04:37 PM PDT My friend just shared her dads contact over Messages with me, and for some reason that contact now has a section labelled „link.gc.apple.com" with what appears to be her user name and „ID", I assume this is Game Center related. The contact does not have this section on her phone. Proposed text message notification improvements Posted: 25 Jul 2020 11:51 AM PDT I have a friend who is notorious for reading text messages while preoccupied, to which he forgets to reply to messages at all. I do this sometimes as well, and I'm sure many people can relate. Two features that would greatly remedy this - Allow the user to set a reminder to text someone back in 15min, 30min, 1hr, 6hrs or so. Similar to that of the call back reminder feature. When the reminder goes off, allow the person to easily set a reminder again if they are still in the middle of something. Perhaps even allow this action to be sent as a read receipt to the recipient. Allow the user to easily mark text messages as unread on their devices after reading them. A read receipt will still be sent if you have them enabled. This will allow the user to keep their Message app notification badge displayed, reminding them to check out the message later. These would be incredibly helpful features! Who else agrees? Any further suggestions or improvements welcomed.
