I live in Chicago and usually have to park 1/2-1mile away from my home in various directions and at least once a week spend 30 minutes walking around looking for where I parked. ugh. #2 my laptop briefcase #3 wife's purse #4 luggage when traveling #5 cat harnesses (yeah, I walk my cats lol) Any other ideas? On one section, he was describing how operations and marketing can rotten a product company in a monopolistic position. It perfectly describes current Apple leadership and is beyond ironic that the two times Steve had a say in his successor (John Sculley and Tim Cook), they fit so perfectly with his description.
