I bought a new 256gb iPhone X in Space Gray on eBay just recently. The device is still wrapped in the plastic, not shrink wrapped but the peel back kind, and when checking the IMEI on Apple, everything checks out that it hasn't been activated yet and waiting for device activation which I'm assuming happens when I first turn on the device.

Is there anything I should check or tests to run to ensure I got a legit device? I bought from a pretty reputable seller with over 1000 positive reviews but would like any insight.

Lastly, assuming everything's legit what are a few must do's with my device. I'm happy to move back to team iOS solely for iMessage alone. Moved over from a Note 10+. I appreciate the help!

Lost Hey Siri on iPhone X

Noticed about a month ago that I could no longer do Hey Siri commands... in the car I got by with pressing steering wheel button. But staying home most of the time means I have time to be really annoyed having to call Siri by pressing side button, using my Watch, or the iPad. Tested the front camera and it shows that I have muffled sound for only the first two seconds and then back to normal. It's just enough to kill Hey Siri since it only uses that ear microphone. Anyone else have this problem... and if you solved it... how? Thanks...

Rough surface

Is there any way to restore your screen surface like it's new? Been using my iphone x without a tempered glass ever since purchase and has now accumulated long lines of micro scratches which makes scrolling very rough to the touch, I was wondering what could be the best way to kinda "fill in" those scratches to make the surface smooth again 🤷🏻‍♂️
