    Stardew Valley down to $4.99

    At this price, is it a must-have? I've been on the fence about grabbing it on iOS or Switch. Arguably the Switch has better controls but I love the idea of more portability on the iPad and iPhone. I feel like I'll enjoy it more on iOS but prior to the 1.4 update, there seemed to be concerns about controls on iOS devices. Thoughts?

    P.S. Not sure how long the sale will last as the App Store listing doesn't say anything.

    I highly recommend Honkai Impact 3 a anime hack n slash type, it has great story that will make you attach to the characters, it also has some short greatly animated scenes

    Looking for old rpgs

    Im trying to find four rpg games i played years ago. And help would be appreciated.

    1 Its was rpg fighter/ visual novel where in story mode you played as a boxer who fought different opponents. A few opponents where a juto using lady. An under taker wrestler. A female vampire knife user. Each character was playable and had levels and a skill tree that gave pass effects

    2 A hack and slash dungeon crawler where you want though different dungeons getting loot and upgrade weapons by fighting different elemented dragons. I know there was an acid dragon.

    3 I can't remember much of this one. It was a rpg with hack and slash game play. One class was a whip user who attack by swing the whip around. You could spend money to buy a growth version of your class weapon. Weapon upgrading was done by crystal and if you failed after five or so upgrades the weapon was destroyed or returned to basic.

    4 rpg a normal guy was taken to another world? Ends up in sewer or underground. Fought with a sword and guns also had a crafting and combo system Had a main missions and side missions. A skill tree existed for both gun and swords.

    Listen to podcasts while playing NBA2k20

    Hi guys. I just downloaded the NBA2K20 for my iPhone XS.

    I usually listen to podcasts while playing and this is a great game for that but I can't do it because the podcast shuts down everytime I open the game. It's the first time I have this problem with any game.

    Does anyone know how to solve this?

    PSA: New Doom Patch broke controls when using a controller

    When using a controller i can't strafe left or right, I'm only having this issue on Doom 1 but saw someone having it on Doom 2, so i would recommend not updating until they fix this issue

    I need to choose one for this quarantine, which one is better FTL: Faster than Light or Darkest Dungeon?

    I have read that Darkest Dungeon has resolution problems on ipad and i need to confirm, FTL also seems to have some bugs that were fixed only on pc from seeing the patch notes online. I'm leaning more towards FTL because i played it in the past, but Darkest Dungeon seems to have more content.

    Could someone that played them on iPad help me decide?

    EDIT: I bought FTL, i'm really enjoying it and definitely would recommend to a friend.

    Can you not turn the music off in Chrono Trigger?

    Bastion

    I just noticed that the old Paid version of Bastion is completely replaced with Free to get with IAP version of Bastion. I just downloaded that version and it says that I pretty much has to repurchase the full game with IAP. Is there any way for me to restore the old purchase with the new version or i'm pretty much SOL?

    Paint it Black has turned into some subscription bullshit, and most others are mostly buy more tries with microtransactions. I can't stomach that.

    Advice request: making a flashcard app

    It'll have 50-70 pages, each with a few images; when tapping an image, a sound is played. I already had the pages made up in InDesign, then I tried to figure out a way to add sounds. I recreated a few pages in PowerPoint, added sound triggers & navigation buttons. Then I opened it in the PowerPoint app on my iPad. It works, but is kinda sluggish & sometimes when accidentally zooming in, the app crashes. But that could be because the iPad is the 1st gen iPad Air, bought in 2013. I'm not a game dev; I wouldn't know how much it would cost to develop this. Is it doable on my own? Googling led me to GameSalad, which gives me a four day trial. How much would it cost to pay someone to create this? Is there a better Reddit to ask on?
