So it seems that Apple is actively blocking MM1 (Magic Mouse 1) scrolling functionality on the release version of 13.4, while it was working normally in 13.4 Beta 4 (at least)

Cos they are being bellends. Was supported in beta and apparently worked fine.

I think it was beta 4. The irony being MM2 was NOT supported in that release /eyeroll
