[Bug] Safari option to “open in new tab gone in 13.4.1 update

recently updated my ipad to 13.4.1. Noticed upon launching safari that the option to "open in new tab" for links is gone and "open in background" is in its previous position. i'm not really sure if this is a bug or part of the new update since the update details did not include this in its description.

[Bug] CallKit apps no longer able to block calls, iOS 13.4.5 DP2

It looks like the CallKit apps on my phone can no longer block calls, they can ID them just fine though...

Tried a bunch of different CallKit apps, they are all the same. Running iOS 13.4.5 DP2.

Can anyone confirm?

[Bug] Bluetooth input devices stop working

Hey,

I've been having an issue where my Apple Pencil, Magic Trackpad, and Magic Keyboard occasionally seem to lose their connection to my iPad Pro. Happens most with the Apple Pencil. It will stop being able to give inputs to the software. Only when I put it back on the charging area, does it go back to normal. Any one else seeing this in 13.4.5?
