Reminders - No notification when selecting "Remind me on a day" Posted: 02 Mar 2020 08:33 AM PST I've noticed I've been missing reminders here and there, and after some experimenting, it seems that iOS doesn't show a notification for any reminders when they're enabled for "Remind me on a day" without "Remind me at a time" also set. I can't even see the notification on the lock screen or the notification center, the only indication of a reminder is the badge on the Reminders app icon. Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of setting a reminder? [link] [comments] | ||
iPad Pro for Note-taking at Uni Posted: 01 Mar 2020 04:39 PM PST Hey there, after hours and hours of contemplating between buying a Surface Pro 7 or an iPad Pro, I have finally decided to buy an iPad Pro. I have a few questions: How good of an experience is it to take handwritten notes for lectures and such on an iPad Pro, and is it easy to get these notes onto my windows desktop and laptop? Is there another iteration of the iPad Pro coming soon enough that I should wait? [link] [comments] |
