Can i use samsung 15W adapter and regular usb A to lightning cable to charge my iphone XS?

    Posted: 06 Feb 2020 12:07 AM PST

I want to keep my battery health at 100% as long as possible since i just bought the iphone. But i find the 5W adapter provided to be really slow so i use the samsung 15W adapter but i dont really see a huge difference. Does this affect my iphone battery health?

What is your font size set to?

Just curious how many people keep their text size normal, or make it smaller! I can't find which one I'm happier with.

Question about frequency band vs carrier compatibility for iphone 11

    Posted: 05 Feb 2020 08:29 AM PST

If I buy an iphone 11 (model A2111) from the States, can I use it in Argentina?

The LTE carrier list for this model doesn't include Argentine carriers but I looked up the band of a popular carrier (Personal) which turns out to be 1900 MHz and the A2111 does support that band. Vice versa, if I were to get Model A2221 which is supported by Personal, would that phone work with American carriers if it supports the right band?

    Hey guys

    Posted: 05 Feb 2020 07:00 AM PST

Hey guys I had bought an iPhoneX 2 years ago. I broke the corner of the front glass a day ago and it looks horrible now. Asked the local retailer for the price of repair and it was half the price of a new iPhoneX. The thing is they can't replace the screen because it is no longer in production and they will only replace it. Is it worth replacing or should I get the iPhone 11 Pro.

Does using FACETIME OR FACETIME AUDIO takes memory of your phone?

    Posted: 05 Feb 2020 11:30 AM PST

I have noticed when hang up talking to other person in facetime it shows megabites data next to minutes talked such as(9min 37mb , 41 mins 530 mbs). Is this data took up my phone memory. If yeah where could I go and clear it? I don't need unnecessary occupied data's bearing my phone memories.

Display Colour Accuracy on iPhone 11 Pro Max

    Posted: 05 Feb 2020 07:12 AM PST

Hey guys! Is anyone having issues with the colour accuracy of your photos on the iPhone 11 Pro Max? Please comment down below if you are currently facing this issue, or suspect that you have it too. My phone was bought in October 2019.

After I sent my phone for camera repairs, I happened to visit an Apple Store hence decided to try and compare my iPhone with the store's. Turns out, the pictures appear different. Initially thought it was a camera issue, so sent it for repair again but the same issue persist. Hence, it might very well be a display issue.

My iPhone - bright, washed-out colours

Store iPhone - deep colours, colours seem more accurate to real life

*note that they were tested with the same settings (true tone off, auto brightness off, brightness max, dark mode on)

It seem to be on pictures themselves, as the blacks outside the pictures are perfectly fine.

Store Genius said it could be due to the different display manufacturing date, but shouldn't they all be tuned to the same accuracy? Sounds weird to me, since he did acknowledge that there is a difference, but instead of offering an actual solution such as a replacement, he told me to monitor the issue to see if the pictures get brighter and more washed-out. He also did mentioned that if given a choice, he prefer the colours on my phone to the store, which made it a bit suspicious to me, as though he wanted me to accept his preference.

*Not sure if this colour accuracy issue was already there before the first repair, but I wouldn't rule out the possibility that something could have been damaged during repair.
