Sorry if this has been solved before, but I don't think I've managed to find the right keywords to search for.

I've had a problem with my Apple TV 4K that seems to just get worse and worse, especially on the Netflix app. If I have HDR on it appears to turn the brightness up and down in an effort to make the image appear the best, it's really distracting.

If I change to SDR I get nothing of this effect.
I've seen some of the effect on other apps, but Netflix is definitely the one with the worst examples. We haven't finished the latest season of Sex Education yet because some episodes became unwatchable.

Today I've spent all day googling, and have found some people with similar problems and solutions, but none have worked. My HDMI cable does not appear to be the problem, neither does my TV. The fact that turning it to always be SDR makes me think there is something weird going on with HDR.

Any and all tips will be greatly appreciated.

Edit:
Just wanted to add that HDR directly on my TV and from my 4K HDR bluray player seem to not present any issues. If the TV itself is trying to adjust something it is then very subtle from those devices, and very in your face on the Apple TV.

Spotify - Entire Discographies Not Showing Up

Anyone know why artists' entire discographies don't show up on Spotify when using AppleTV? For example, I was looking for "Blizzard of Ozz" by Ozzy Osbourne and I can find it on the iPad app under Albums, but not on AppleTV. Strangely, songs from this album appear on the artist page under Popular.

I'm using The 4K Apple TV and it's updated. I tried uninstalling and re-installing Spotify, too. Any ideas?

Is there a way to mark TV show as “unwatched” on Apple TV 4K?

A few years ago I bought some TV shows with multiple seasons on iTunes, now they're in my iCloud library on the Apple TV. All episodes are marked as "watched".

Now I'd like to watch one show again - from beginning to end. But that's quite cumbersome because every time I start the Apple TV and go to TV shows I have to go find it. I would've thought that it would show up somewhere easily accessible, but I haven't found that. Then I thought - what if I mark everything as unwatched maybe then it'll show up prominently, like now episodes available on Apple TV+.

Any suggestions?

PS: I don't have a Mac or pc nearby so iTunes is not an option for me.
