iOS should not accept tap inputs for a short time after a notification pops up Posted: 01 Feb 2020 06:11 AM PST At least a couple times a week I'm doing something on the phone and a notification pops up, but I accidentally tap directly on it as part of whatever I'm doing, dismissing it or turning off an alarm I would have snoozed or something like that. I think it would make sense if the screen input was paused briefly, less than a second, so you can see it and not tap it away unintentionally. It could be optional, even adjustable. Blocked contact still leaving a notification on my notifications screen Posted: 31 Jan 2020 09:03 PM PST Why does my iPhone still show me missed call notifications for a contact I've blocked? Doesn't blocking someone by default mean you don't want to hear from them? [link] [comments]
Posted: 01 Feb 2020 05:37 AM PST Hey im thinking of getting an iPhone as my next phone. 1) Now I would like to get some insight as I got some android accessories like my galaxy buds and a gear s3 how well do they both perform on the iOS? 2) Another deal breaker would be the integration of the Google software suite. As I got everything managed in my Google cloud and my navigation is always via Google maps all my calanders are managed and shared via Google calander. How well does all of this perform on the iOS? iPhone X crashes after several Screenshots taken Posted: 01 Feb 2020 06:34 AM PST Anyone else experiences this? Pretty certain it's a iOS bug and not something wrong with my phone. My iPhone crashes when I take a lot of screenshots in a short period of time, can't exactly tell how many but I would say 20-30. I'm getting a blackscreen with the reboot sign which is a process of about 10 to maybe 15 seconds. Anyone knows how to fix it or is having the same problems? [link] [comments]
Posted: 01 Feb 2020 06:31 AM PST XS vs XR I am getting a really good deal for the XS, a few hundred dollars less than the amount I need to pay for the XR. Do I buy the XS or pay more for the XR because from all the reviews that I've looked at, the XR is a better value. My question is: Do I buy the XS? [link] [comments]
Notification I have never seen before up until now Posted: 01 Feb 2020 03:41 AM PST I was on Safari and a notification came up at the bottom, I think it had my iCloud email address on it. I was reading something on the webpage at the time and quickly pressed the "x" on the upper right hand side of the dialog box at the time, but didn't actually recall what the notification was notifying me about...now it's bugging me! I think there's a chance it could have been a notification for Shortcuts, I'm not sure for definite though. I know this sounds vague, but has anyone had anything similar? [link] [comments]
Posted: 31 Jan 2020 09:15 PM PST Has anyone noticed that political SPIM does not conform to being put into unknown senders and pops up as a 'friendly' sender? Getting inundated with political crap lately and cannot find a way to keep it in the background. Filter unknown senders and silence unknown callers has no affect. Anything from area code 202 or 866. What Mac app do you like best for transferring media to your iOS device? Posted: 01 Feb 2020 01:37 AM PST For me it was SynciOS but they've messed up the app now so I've been relying on the regular iTunes based sync (whatever it's called now). The convenience of syncios was great, no need to sync all media with each Mac. [link] [comments]

Ipad Pro 10.5 (2018) Low sound notification Posted: 01 Feb 2020 12:47 AM PST When I choose a sound for a timer or a reminder, the sound is loud, like it should. 100% volume But when that timer or reminder triggers the sound is about 50%. This is with 3rd party apps like 'Alarmed' and 'Due app' I tried several reminder apps, same problem. I don't have this problem on my Ipad air 2 With the Apple alarm or reminder app, I don't have that problem, but these apps are too basic for me The button in settings ' Change with buttons ' is OFF I found a couple of post in Google search but no solution I have done all the possible resets and I'm on the latest IOS Anyone knows a solution or has this problem? How do I get rid of spam calendar notifications? Posted: 31 Jan 2020 10:06 PM PST I keep getting spam event notifications on my phone and cannot figure out how to get rid of them. I googled what to do and the general consensus is to login to iCloud, go to calendar and click spam on the event. I logged into iCloud and none of these events are showing up in iclouds calender. I have it synced so it definitely should be showing up. Thanks and Any help would be much appreciated. [link] [comments]
Can my family see what apps I download? Posted: 31 Jan 2020 09:24 PM PST Sorry if this is a dumb question. But I'm in the closet and not ready to come out but I wanna get Grindr and I'm not sure if my parents would see that. I'm also in college so it's not like they use any of those parental monitoring things or restrictions. But I was just wondering if they could see that I downloaded it since they're paying for my phone plan. [link] [comments]

However, the Wifi Icon seems to have dissapeared. Upon checking the my Home Router, it shows that my Iphone is already connected. Anyone faces this issues before and how to settle this ?
