iPhone7 - going down hill fast Posted: 06 Jan 2020 07:18 PM PST Anyone else's iPhone7 just shitting the bed? About 5 days ago my battery just doesn't last, cannot open certain apps, or use Apple car play, can't take photos, etc. looks like I'm forced to upgrade. [link] [comments]

Apple’s hidden Airpods feature in iOS 12 and how best to use it Posted: 07 Jan 2020 08:47 AM PST
Posted: 06 Jan 2020 06:46 PM PST Hi all I just got the iPhone 11 on Thursday after years in Android. So far I'm loving it! I have 2 problems though the apps I really want to use for notes (Bear) and todos (Things 3) don't have a web component and unfortunately I have to use a windows machine at work. So far the reminders app on iOS 13 is ok but notes is underwhelming. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good notes app that has a good iPhone app, a MacOS app for when I'm home, and a web component when at work? (I don't really like Evernote). Same for a todo app (I'm less worried about this as I could use reminders and also am familiar with Todoist) TYIA [link] [comments]
Will siri turn into some sort of artificial general intelligence? Posted: 06 Jan 2020 05:05 PM PST Is that the ultimate goal apple is working towards? Because if not I think it should be. Imagine having a siri that wasn't too functionally different than something like jarvis from iron man, a true personal assistant. how do you think siri will advance over the next decade? The most disappointing iPhone yet. Posted: 06 Jan 2020 02:12 PM PST Apple needs to Fix the hardware issue that's plaguing the iPhone 11 Pro's camera. It's disgusting to spend this much on a phone that's supposed to have the best camera in the game. Only to have it lens flare on every photo with a light source. I've been a lifelong Apple customer. Every iPhone since the 3GS, MacBook Pro, iPad, AppleTV, AirPods, I have all and now I have a reason to start researching for a new device manufacture. How disappointing. I've talked with Apple, and provided them with photo evidence. But because I am in extreme distance from an Apple Store they want me to pay $100 for them to send me a new one even though my phone is only 13 days old. When I had an opportunity I went to a local Best Buy and tested multiple iPhone 11 pros, which all had the same lens flare issue. evidence [link] [comments] |
