One dead pixel on iPhone XS Max, is it covered under warranty? Posted: 05 Dec 2019 06:07 PM PST I saw a dead pixel on my display. Do they cover it under warranty? If yes, will they replace the device or replace the display? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 05 Dec 2019 08:01 PM PST Just switched back to iPhone and got the iPhone 11 pro max. Just wondering if there is no charging screen anymore? Doesn't show battery level on lock screen like previously, screen is just black. Also battery logo shows lightning charging symbol even at 100% and never changes to plug anymore to show that it is fully charged. Is this not a thing anymore? [link] [comments] |
Why on the iPhone (SE) the SwiftKey keyboard doesn't have long-press option for keys? Posted: 05 Dec 2019 07:22 PM PST On Android I can enter numbers by long-pressing the top row of letters. On the iPhone I cannot. I have iPhone SE so I am not sure if it is just my phone cause it is slightly smaller screen... Is this a feature in development? are there alternatives? [link] [comments] |
Retrieving deleted text from iPhone notes Posted: 05 Dec 2019 06:36 PM PST I wrote something in my notes (iPhone 8) and accidentally deleted the entire text. I didn't trash it... the text was deleted yet the thread still exists. On a computer you simply hit undo and it takes you a step back again and again. The note is not in the deleted file; it's the text that was deleted within a note. When it occurred I tried all I could to find a command to get me back to the original note and I think I made it worse. Yes I tried the shaking thing; it only takes you one step back. No I do not have iCloud or other backup programs. Yes I turned my phone off and on again. Yes I'm aware I fucked up not making a copy nor backing up my iPhone. Is this function even possible? Or if you accidentally delete something is it gone forever? I'm not a techy but I'm also not a complete idiot. Please be kind 🙏🏼 [link] [comments] |
Amoled problem? With my iPhone XS Posted: 05 Dec 2019 05:47 PM PST So I just got this phone yesterday, and around objects that are surrounded by tru black, or in videos with true black, there are little grey/light green squares and it's really annoying. Is there a way to fix this? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 05 Dec 2019 03:40 PM PST I'm not sure if it's on or off, but the screen is completely black. If I hold down the buttons to completely power it off, it vibrates then make this weird noise that sounds like a... laser? Does anyone know how to resolve this? [link] [comments] |
iPhone 7plus loose charging port? Posted: 05 Dec 2019 02:57 AM PST I'm having to wiggle the chord when trying to charge my phone. Is this something worth fixing or should I upgrade? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 05 Dec 2019 03:02 AM PST I've tried searching on Google but I can't seem to find how to downgrade my extra iPhone 5C which is on iOS 9 to iOS 8 or 7 because I hate the way it lags so maybe someone here can help me. Or if it's even still possible. [link] [comments] |
