    Best way to sort apps

    Currently I have all my apps in one screen, the ones I use most are directly on my homescreen (16 + 4 in Dock) and the rest is in folders (8).

    I have seen people sort apps based on color or alphabetically for example. What is the most convenient way to sort according to your experience? Or more specific perhaps what is the most convenient folder structure?

    With the introduction of iOS 13 developers can create custom patterns for the Taptic Engine (on iPhone 8 and higher). Is there an app that surprised you with a cool haptic experience?

    iOS 6.1.3 No Longer Available

    As far as I can tell, iOS 6.1.3 is no longer signed by Apple for the iPhone 4S and iPad 2, meaning that after nearly two years of allowing downgrades to iOS 6, unless you dualboot or find some other way I'm not familiar with, there is no way to get iOS 6 on these two devices again.

    iOS bugs

    Lately my iPhone XS Max has been getting hot so I hard reset it. When I went to turn it back on it would not turn on. Touch response on my iPad also has been extremely annoying. Apple needs to start fixing these issues it's becoming more and more annoying to deal with.

    I noticed a weird behaviour on iOS 13.2.3 with the standard iPhone keyboard (also on previous iOS versions):

    When I mistype a word and want to correct it, I can highlight it and either replace it by a suggested word or delete and retype the whole word (which is somewhat annoying when it's a long word and only one letter is wrong or missing).

    So far I have not discovered the possibility to place the cursor in the middle of the word in order to edit it, instead of replacing / retyping the whole word (which works perfectly in Android, BTW).

    Is this a bug or a feature, i.e. is it possible at all on iPhones or am I just not able to figure out how it works.

    Asking for my AID password once per day

    Maybe a couple weeks ago now, it started asking for my password once per day. Not tied to any app at all, just from the lock screen or home screen. Just wants me to sign in, then after putting it in it goes away until roughly 24 hours later. I talked to Support a couple times and did what they suggested such as making sure I'm on current iOS, make sure my wife's phone is on current iOS (since were both on the same family plan), make sure apps are updated, etc.

    Anyone have this happen before, or have any suggestions?

    iPhone 8 btw.

    Just made my order to switch from an iPhone 8 to a 11 pro. Caught myself wondering how's that going to change the way I work with iOS and the apps that I use on a daily bases (Pages, Numbers, Instagram, Facebook Pages, Mail, Spark Post, Instories, Mojo, Shortcuts, Reminders, Calendar, Guestplan, Stocard, MBWay, Notes, Phone and a few others...)

    I can't use haptic touch to highlight text. I press on the space bar, drag the cursor, but I can't press and drag to then highlight the text I want. I also just saw a tip on haptic pressing the call button on the dial pad. I tried that, it doesn't work. I can press apps on my home screen tho. Anyone else having this issue?

    I lost my phone a couple of hours ago and I've been trying to use the sound feature but I can't hear anything. The app says It's in the house but I can't hear it. Is something broken? The battery is not dead, but it is at 50%, so if you have any ideas, please comment ASAP. Thanks in advance.

    iPhone XS Max 4G refuses to work until I restart, even after being replaced

    I had my iPhone XS Max replaced as the 4G often just refuses to work until I restart the phone entirely. It happened every single day and hindered my daily usage too much for it to remain bearable. It was replaced using its warranty and I had to wait 6 damn weeks to get the replacement unit. I was promised it would not be repaired but replaced with a new unit.

    I've been ecstatic to finally receive the phone since I got it last week until yesterday when the same exact thing happened, I was afraid yet I thought it was a one time thing so I tried to brush it off. Well, it happened again now and I am questioning why exactly I pay money to such an awful company as Apple, the replacement unit is having the same exact problem as the original one.

    I hope people can relate with this problem as I've not seen any coverage on it anywhere, has anyone had this problem?

    Apple News+ vs App Store Subscription vs Direct Subscription

    I've been thinking of subscribing to the Economist, Financial Times, WSJ, and LA Times but haven't done so as I've noticed some discrepancies among the way you subscribe. For example, a subscription directly with the LA Times is $16/month, while doing it through the App Store is $8/month. Any benefits other than price for subscribing though the App Store as opposed to directly through the site?

    I've held off on Apple News+ because Financial Times is not accessible, but for those who are subscribed do you find the content the same as it is through the publishers news app? For the said subscriptions I'm looking at subscribing to what would you suggest? Thanks for your time.

    I have a 9.7" iPad Pro, 13" MacBook Pro, iPhone 8 and AW S3 all with up to date software but my reminders are not syncing at all between them. I've tried removing and adding the reminders back to each device under the icloud settings for each but that hasn't worked. I've also tried all of the troubleshooting I've come across in the Apple forums. I'm considering calling Apple to see if they can help me out. Has anyone had the same problem and managed to solve it?
