    I keep changing aerial photos to my saved favourites photos album for my screensaver but it never seems to save and always plays the aerial photos again. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

    I can’t send gifs, plz help me

    My iPhone will not let me send gifs on cellular data, I have googled it many times and absolutely nothing has worked.

    Many people said to go to settings>cellular>hashtag images and make sure it is turned on. Unfortunately i don't even have this option.

    My phone is fully up to date software wise and I am out of options.

    My Gf recently got an apple watch and can now get notifications to see when she gets a high hearrate. I want to be able to see these in my phone too so I can know when shes having a panic attack.

    Left my gen 1 AirPods at a hotel; hotel says they can’t find them and they’re currently offline on the Find My app

    How to check is App store refund was processed

    I recently requested an app store refund on Duet display. The input lag made it basically unusable for me and I found an alternate app. Looking in the Appstore shows I have 0 dollars credit? Where can I check if my refund went through? I find the 0 dollars credit bizzare as I have only spent 20 dollars out of my 100 dollar gift card

    I recently got an iPhone 11 Pro Max. In my cellular settings, even though I have set up my cellular data and my texts and calls are working, I still have the option to add a cellular plan, as if I do not have one. Does that mean I still need to fully activate my cell plan or something? I have a picture to show what I mean.

    Urgent help

    Hi, I hope I get some useful advice here..So, I lost/got stolen my iphone xs two weeks ago. At the timeI immediately put it on a lost mode and had to purchase new iphone next day. I set up my new iphone with old apple ID and lost any hope my iphone will ever be found. I never contacted police because I don't think I would get any help from them, since there are way more important problems they have to deal with. Over the next couple of days I would regularly check my find my iphone app and would only see my xs as offline. This evening I received the text message from, what I believed was apple that my Iphone XS has been temporarily logged in and to click on the link to see its location. Without thinking I did it immediately and gave my apple id info only to see that only my new Iphone is active and the location can be seen. I contacted my friend and he tried the link on his PC and couldn't open it because it was unsafe site. We realised I was probably scammed 😭 I was then in panic googling what to do and it probably took me an hour before I changed my apple id password. I cancelled my bank card. Tried to contact apple support but it's too late at night. I changed my mail passwords. I tried to change my apple id gmail but can't seem to do that. I'm furious with myself to fall for this scam and to allow the thief to win. My bank balance is ok at the moment and I haven't noticed any changes made except when I open my settings and apple id I can see my old XS but lost mode is off and I can't change it there, and as I said it doesn't show that device anymore on find my iphone app. I scheduled a phone call from apple first thing in the morning. Is there anything else I can do in the meantime? And is an hour slot before I changed my apple id password enough for scammers to do the damage? Also, I know it probably sounds silly but I'm slightly concerned about someone going through my 6000+ photos, would just hate someone having such a massive window into my life, probably not their main focus now but still.. Also, aren't the iphones impossible to hack?? People at the apple store were reassuring me it's impossible, why not warn people of these type of scams?! Any advice is much appreciated

    Not getting notifications for find my friends?

    I'm not sure why this is because I think all the settings are on properly, but I never get the notifications after I create one. For example I tell find my friends to notify me when my wife arrives home and it takes the notification but nothing happens. What am I missing?

    iPhone 11 Battery Health 98%?!?!?

    So I got my iPhone 11 on launch and it's been like 2 and a bit months since I got it. I kid you not the battery health is 98%. And I don't understand what I'm supposed to do and what I'm not supposed to do to keep my phone's battery health last longer :(

    Things I do:

    1) charge my phone at 20-30% until 80-100% 2) charge once a day 3) I use the iPad 12W charger 4) I don't leave it on charge before I go to bed 5) I am a heavy user of my phone with hours between 5-7 per day 6) little gaming, a lot of Netflix and YouTube

    Any help would be greatly appreciated:)

    (PLEASE HELP) IPhone 7s Plus not allowing camera access and contacts are gone

    My iPhone 7 Plus just legit all of a sudden started acting weird. If I were to go on Snapchat or Instagram it would say I had to enable camera access. Then I would click ok and it takes me to settings and there's no option to enable camera. Another thing I've noticed is that all my contacts are gone. This is literally so random. If there is a fix to this please get back to me.

    Smart Battery Case (iPhone XS Max) not charging properly

    I purchased a smart battery case for the iPhone Xs Max earlier this summer, and it started out working fine without an issue. I was already wary about buying one, my mother had been experiencing the same problems I will describe. Whenever I lay the phone down (not even touching it, its just sitting there) it constantly switches between charging, then not charging, then "Unlock iPhone to use accessories" then nothing, then charging, etc. Even while using the phone I constantly receive notifications like "This accessory is not supported by your iPhone". I haven't been using the case improperly, haven't submerged it in water, haven't charged using any shady cables, very few instances of impacts or shocks to the phone or case. There doesn't seem to be any debris in either charging port which leaves me to think that it's a problem with iOS or my case itself. I don't want to spend another $130 on a new case, any help with this would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    tl;dr my smart battery case is not charging properly, any info or help from the community?

    Lightening to headphone jack adapter requiring bluetooth?

    I recently lost my headphone jack adapter and was shopping yesterday and figured I'd pop into one of those Chinese run phone accessory stores and grab a cheap replacement. After I made the purchase the women informed me I would need to connect to wifi to use the adapter. I thought that was strange and asked to return the product which she gladly did. She acted like I was strange for being concerned.

    Is this normal for a third party adapter? I've only purchased official apple products in the past.

    Why would it require bluetooth when its essentially just changing the shape of the cable connection?

    I found the same item on ebay for reference.

    AirPort Time Capsule 2TB replacement

    I think my APTC 2TB is nearing its end and I am wondering what people have decided upon for this task. A post on here from a year ago mentions the WD My Cloud and the WD My Cloud Home but the reviews and results seem somewhat ambivalent; or, is everyone just using iCloud? Thanks for your input.

    Optimized battery charging not working?

    I have an iPhone XR and I've always had optimized battery charging enabled but it has never worked. I'm on iOS 13.2.3 right now but I heard it doesn't seem to work on iOS 13

    But if anyone knows how to fix it so it'll work for me that'd be amazing :)

    Is my iOS snow leopard outdated? I haven't turned my computer on in years and I recently tried to load movies to my phone via iTunes. iTunes did not recognize my phone and I got an error 50 and err 9836 code. Any ideas suggestions would be great. TIA

    Should I upgrade my iphone 6s?

    I've had an iphone 6s for about three years now (replaced twice by insurance for a refurbished pre-owned 6s, so I haven't had the exact same device this entire time). I've been eligible for an upgrade for a bit and I've decided to bite the bullet. The only issue is, I'm unsure whether or not to upgrade to an iphone 11 or simply replace my device with another 6s. The reason I'm so scared of change is because I value the headphone jack and use it daily, and I'm afraid I will definitely lose wireless headphones. I'm also not thrilled about having a phone that's even bigger than the one I have now. The only real reason I want to upgrade is to improve my battery life/ have a phone with a better camera (I'm not super tech savvy, I apologize). Is it worth it to upgrade to the 11? Is the camera quality that much better? Thanks!

    Why I'm leaving Apple after 14 years

    Hello,

    I've been with Apple as soon as I was old enough to purchase my own devices and have owned HUNDREDS of Apple devices and still own quite a few. I love Apple products, but my interactions with support these past weeks sent me over the edge. I'm very frustrated.

    I requested a warranty repair for my XR because both of the microphones went out. It took me some time to get it mailed out do to my busy work, business, and school schedule. I used the provided label to drop it off at the local UPS. Now I understand that repairs and such take some time to look into so I waited till the opportune time to send it where I thought I wouldn't need the device all that much. I expected to be updated on the progress of the repair and know what is happening with the device.

    HOWEVER, THE PHONE ENDED UP IN TEXAS AT A RECYCLING FACILITY…. I've been working with apple and multiple customer support reps for about 3-4 weeks now trying to get them to figure out what to do about the situation and the answer that I keep getting is, "We're doing research on the matter, and we have no answer for you." This is the same answer that I've been getting throughout this whole process. What do you mean?? I sent you my only iPhone, using a shipping label provided by Apple, for them to tell me they lost it and that I have to wait for them to find MY iPhone because they sent me the wrong label. Its been weeks of under performing Customer Relations agents and Senior Adviser's telling me there was nothing that could be done.

    I run a business, and I attend school, so my phone is a CRUCIAL part of my life. I lent it to Apple for repair, for them to tell me they lost it and can't find it… Why do I have to wait for a mistake that was on Apple? They're going to send me a refurb device anyway. I'm over the lack of support, understanding, or willingness to fix an issue that lies on the backs of Apple. All this because the shipping label provided was the wrong one. I'm now being told that it could take another couple of weeks to even hear that its in California being inspected. THEN, will take another few weeks for repair. Keep in mind that I've already been waiting a month for them to try and find the device.

    I love Apple, but this type of service is what's pushed me away. I'm sorry Apple, but I hope you can get this issue resolved. I'm debating on filing a complaint, but I haven't completely decided. Anyone else have similar experiences?

    Customization of 16 inch MacBook Pro Question

    Hello! (The strange formatting is so it is easier to read the technical details). In the future I'm considering saving up and purchasing the 2.3GHz 8 Core Professor Mac Book pro, but I am considering purchasing additional upgrades. The upgrades that I am considering are the processor from

    the 2.3 8-core 9th generation Intel core i9 professor, Turbo Boost To 4.8GHz to the 2.4 8-core 9th generation Intel core i9 professor, Turbo Boost up to 5.0GHz.

    What would the biggest difference in this upgrade be? Is it worth the extra $200?

    The second upgrade that I am considering is upgrading the graphics from AMD Radeon Pro 550M with 4GB of GDDR6 memory To AMD Radeon Pro 550M with 8GB of GDDR6 memory.

    The graphics upgrade is an additional $100.

    Should I do any of these upgrades? I'm trying to not make the purchase too pricy. If you recommend one of these upgrades, what would the real difference be?
