Apple TV Remembering these rumors after watching the first episodes of See and The Morning Show

So I just recently wiped an Apple TV that my stepdad gave to me because he had no use for it anymore. Apparently he threw out its remote a long time ago because he used his iPad. So I'm stuck on the screen where you choose your language. I do not own a Bluetooth keyboard and the only technology I have in my arsenal is an iPhone 8, a chrome book, and the Apple TV itself. Any help?

Thursday Night Football 4K

I watched it at least 2 weeks in 4K and it was flawless, but last week and tonight it keeps freezing after 30 seconds to a minute. Using the Fox app on ATV with a wired 350Mbps connection. It streams fine on Amazon prime but not at 4K. Anyone else having these issues?

Apple TV 4K Remote Keeps Disconnecting

As the title says, was working fine, then not responsive at all, I can still adjust the volume, but all the other buttons do nothing.

I tried re-pairing the remote and the ATV by pressing the menu button and volume up, it will pair it and then immediately lose connection.

I had it plugged in to charge for about 45 minutes, tried pairing it again, and also unplugging the ATV for 6 seconds and nothing.

I can control the ATV using my iPhone 11 Pro as well.

Any ideas?

Apple TV 4K not displaying video

Hey people, just looking for some help here. I have a 4K Apple TV hooked up to a Denon X1500H and going into a Samsung 4K Qled. Watched movies last night, everything was great. Today the Apple TV won't display video, seems to cycle me through a black screen and no source. The bizarre thing is it's playing the audio from the Apple TV. It's been flaky in the past at times but that's always been the display working and the audio not. I usually mess with the HDMI inputs and it starts working fine again. Never had it play sound and no video before. Kinda baffled by this. The Apple TV works when it's plugged directly into an HDMI port for the TV playing both audio and video, I've tried swapping HDMI cables and I get the same only audio result. I've also tried hooking my brothers 4K Apple TV up to my receiver and I get the same result. Anyone know of any fixes?

I am planning to buy apple tv, primarily for Infuse to reproduce my media .The thing is , i dont have 4K tv but is there any difference besides 4k resolution to justify the price?

Is there a way to indicate viewed episodes in TV+

I'm in the free trial for TV+. There are just a couple of shows I find interesting ("See" and "For All Mankind") so I'm debating whether to continue past my free trial or not. Maybe I'll just sign up for a month ever once in a while and do a small binge to catch up.

Anyway, there doesn't seem to be an indicator of which episodes I've watched. Any idea how to tell that?

Apple TV+ isn't working

As the title states, Apple TV+ isn't working on my PC. However, it does work on my iPhone X. I'm wondering if it's due to multiple monitors hooked up to my PC (Criterion Channel doesn't allow this as far as I know) or if it's Google Chrome. I'll try another browser. In the mean time, is anyone else experiencing this?

Airplay for Apple TV+

So I airplayed an HDR and DV movie from iTunes to my Vizio M quantum series tv and it worked perfectly fine. However when I tried to airplay any of the programs from Apple TV+, I wasn't able to receive 4K the respected HDR format. Is this an issue only with Vizio TVs? Or is this just Apple TV+ not allowing 4K HDR airplay?

Red speckles. Anyone else had this? Had it a few years ago and thought it was a bad hdmi cable. Swapped cables and sockets but each gets the same issue.

With Vue on its way out, what’s a good replacement?

I really like Vue and love that it fully integrates with the ATV app. What other services will give me the same or close to what PS Vue offered? I want to watch a show on the Vue replacement and see it tracked on the ATV app. I also want the buttery smooth operation of Vue. I tried Sling, but it looks like it's in beta and I can't pause live television?!?
