    I'm trying to access my purchase history, but all that comes up is this message:

    Bad Message 400 reason: Illegal character

    Anyone know what causes this? Thanks.

    A weird dot

    Hello. I'm asking about a blinking red dot that only appears when I turn my phone on. It's also situated next to the camera/mike and is so dim it only appears in the dark of midnight with no other light sources on. Is this normal?

    FaceTime isn’t activating! Please help!

    Hi! I just updated my phone about 5 days ago to iOS 12 but FaceTime and iMessage won't activate

    :((( I'm really sad because I use FaceTime all the time to talk to friends who have moved away.

    does anyone know how to fix it? I've tried resetting my phone, I've tried sighing in and out of iCloud, I've tried turning airplane mode on and off , ive tried everything..please help ?

    phone not giving me access to microphone??

    So for some reason my phone isn't letting me use the microphone for any reason. I don't think the microphones are broken because whats happening is just that it's not letting me use anything that uses the mic at all. For example if i go on to the voice memos app and hit the red record button it just want start recording at all. Whenever i record a video using the camera the little speaker emblem symbolizing the audio is grayed out, and whenever i make a call the "speaker" symbol is gray and I can't talk or hear the other person. So I'm pretty sure something is up with the settings and there must be a bug or a glitch somewhere. I have an Iphone 7 with iOS 13.1.2

    [XS/iOS 13.1] WiFi doesn't work w/ one specific access point

    Hey all, as it says in the title I am having some WiFi issues. Here is what I know:

    1. There is one specific access point that 1) works for everyone else that I have talked to, including other iPhone users, and 2) doesn't work for me.
    2. This access point has worked reliably on my iPhone since I bought it last year. This only started happening a few days ago.
    3. When I connect to this access point, I am assigned an IP address, etc. It all looks normal.
    4. I have an app that can send pings. No matter what IP I enter, it complains about "no route to host".
    5. I happen to use the exact same access point at home and my iphone works fine with it. (both on 2.4 and 5ghz wifi)
    6. Resetting the network settings didn't help
    7. Rebooting didn't help.

    Any ideas?

    Edit: I was on the iOS 13 beta up until 13.1 was released. I don't recall if this coincided with this issue starting, as this access point is at work, and I don't use my phone much there.

    Help with "call failure"

    I've just moved to a new city and have been frequently getting "call failed" errors while I'm on phone calls. This happens sometimes out of nowhere, but there is also one spot in my neighborhood where it happens like clockwork every time I drive by.

    I'm assuming this is a network issue, but I'm not sure.

    What can cause this "call failure" and how can I fix it?
