| Posted: 26 Sep 2019 07:47 PM PDT So I have tried 4 different wired headphones, 3 original Apple ones and one from a Samsung S9(with the adapter). Not a single one lets me use the buttons or mic. I can hear music or audio just fine but if I were to get a call, it just doesn't work to talk with. I saw that maybe lint could be an issue. I cleaned it out but unfortunately, I am still having trouble with it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there a setting I may have messed with? I have an iPhone XS Max. [link] [comments]  |

| Disabled Iphone 7 wont connect to itunes Posted: 26 Sep 2019 02:27 PM PDT I forgot my password and my iPhone 7 is now disabled. it says that need to connect it to iTunes and I know I can restore it from there. However, every time I connect it via my USB and hold down both the volume and power buttons, the only thing that comes up is a "run diagnostic test" screen and I know thats not what is supposed to show up. | Macbook will connect to wi-fi but iPhone and iPad won't Posted: 26 Sep 2019 01:12 PM PDT I've been having a weird issue with my iPhone connecting to the wi-fi network for most of the day. It says it's connected to the wi-fi, but nothing on any browser or app is loading. My Macbook is connected to this same network and is having absolutely no issues, buy my iPad is acting the same way as the iPhone. The only difference is that while the iPhone says it's connected with no issues, the iPad says there is no Internet connection on the network. I've tried resetting my network settings, resetting my router, and resetting the entire phone, but still nothing. Is there anything I haven't tried yet that I should do? I'm at a loss at this point. | iPhone XS Max video sound quality Posted: 26 Sep 2019 11:19 AM PDT Not a huge deal but when I record videos, mostly at concerts, the sound starts out well then muffles intensely after a few seconds to the point where I have to turn my phone to Max volume and can still hardly hear the sound. I realize concerts are loud and this may have something to do with it but I never had this issue on my 6 Plus or 7 Plus. [link] [comments]  |

| Rear Camera and Flash not working after installing iOS13. Posted: 26 Sep 2019 09:50 AM PDT XS Max. Title says it all. Front camera works just fine, but just getting a black screen when the rear camera is up. Won't even open up the FaceTime app or receive any kind of FaceTime calls. I was taking pictures for work just 10 minutes before I updated, and have never dropped my phone in any kinds of liquid. Took my phone to the Apple store to have them look at it, and they said that my rear camera wasn't working at all, and that they would have to order a replacement camera, and would be charged if it had any water damage, but didn't say anything when I told them it started to malfunction when I updated to now iOS.
