    My dad has been having weird heart palpitations and dizziness randomly for the last couple days. I'm a nurse so I assessed him by doing blood pressure, listening to his chest, and palpating his pulse. His pulse in his wrist was irregular and did not match up with what I was hearing in his chest. I put my Apple Watch on him and did an EKG. It popped up inconclusive, but the strip was ventricle tachycardia, which is not sustainable long term. I sent him to the emergency room hoping the Watch was wrong. He got there and on the full 12 lead EKG he was still having runs of VTach.

    He's in the ICU now on monitors and they are trying to figure out what caused it and how to make it stop. I've also bought him his own Apple Watch 4.

    It’s 2019 and theres still no alert notification that you left your iPhone behind?!?

    I left my phone at home and my watch didn't provide any buzz/audio notification that it's out of range.

    Is there a setting or current app that would have alerted me (besides just showing the symbol in the corner of my watch screen)?

    There are multiple general Apple websites. There are some iOS websites. But what about Watch? I know the watch App Store don't have hundred new apps per day, but I'd still like to follow the few new apps that shows up. Does anyone have a good site to follow their RSS?

    I've never had any dealings with Apple Care and watches. I bought it through Best Buy (I don't have an Apple Store in my area). My hubby's watch just stopped working. Do they send it off to Apple or just give you a replacement? Any info would be appreciated.

    Placing a screen protector over scratches that are already there

    I bought a used S4 40mm off of eBay and I really like it. It came with a few small scratches on the screen. I'm curious, if I put a screen protector over an existing scratch, will it become less noticeable? Anyone have experience with this?

    Buying Watch 5 in Japan, ECG support region, help needed

    Hi all,

    I'm from Italy, which is a country that supports ECG on Watch 4, I'm going to Japan at Novembre and I wanted to buy the Watch 5 (I buyed the Watch 3 there on my honeymoon) because it's cheaper than Italy :)

    For now the ECG it's not supported in Japan, so if nothing changes, if I buy the watch in Japan when I come back to Italy the ECG won't work? I read that the support for ECG is not based on the Apple ID or the owner's country, but on the watch serial number. Is that true? Is there a Apple statement for this?

    Instead if Japan will support the ECG for Novembre, can I then use the ECG feature ? I think that there shouldn't be any issue right?

    Pedometer++ Complication step count not updating on own on watch

    I have to actually click the complication on my Apple Watch for the step count to update. Shouldn't this complication update on its own, at some interval?

    Any idea how I can get this to update automatically? If it will not, then It's not worth it to use as a complication.

    Has anyone been successful in using the feature outside a supported region using VPN's or any other method. Is there anything at all one can do to utilise this feature?

    Any way to disable or dim screen in middle of night?

    I wear my Apple Watch to bed most nights because I like tracking my sleep (AutoSleep app).

    Im also a very light sleeper and often when I toss and turn, the watch "wakes up" and brightly turns on the screen.

    Is there a way to have the screen dim by like 90% or so at night? Even if I have to manually trigger it.

    Do all genuine Apple leather loops bands have the "Assembled in China" in one of the metal ends?

    I'm buying a leather loop online, second hand. It has all the markings of the genuine one: "natural leather", "42 mm", yet the "Assembled in China" is missing from the metal ends. It has no package, nor invoice, yet it looks genuine and it is real leather.

    Any other clues I should check?
