    Rangers of Oblivion Controller Support

    Posted: 08 Aug 2019 03:14 AM PDT

Seriously, probably one of the most infuriating things. I want to enjoy this game on my iPad. I keep it downloaded hoping I'll wake up to news they'll actually let people use their controllers since they have everything already implemented instead of having to buy another 50$+ accessory to enjoy one game.

Has anyone been able to find a work around to get this to work with ANY MFi controller other than that one random "recommended" controller? I'm on ios13 and can't even get the ps4 controller or steel series to work, still. It's been like 6 months. How did they even circumvent the MFi aspect anyway if that one controller (Babadookie?) works. I wish there was some way to get it through to the devs to update the game, which they do regularly, to add additional controller support.

I would just play monster hunter freedom unite but I've played that so much since the psp days, something new would be nice.

Just update the game and add regular mfi support and quit playing with us, ios13 is dropping soon, use this as a major selling point for your game, not a deterrent into buying another proprietary item. Man Apple Arcade can't come quick enough

Does anyone know any (preferably) F2P games similar to Slayin?

    Posted: 08 Aug 2019 01:56 AM PDT

I tried Slayin a while back and I love the gameplay, so I was just wondering, are there any decent games, preferably F2P, but I'm not too fussy about that, with a similar sort of aesthetic and gameplay?

    Thanks in advance.

Just looked at the new arcade game section in ios13 beta and there’s now a video showing clips of new games to come. Am shocked. They look incredible !

Not sure if they are cut scenes or actual graphic play. I think most are actual in game footage. And they look like nothing I've ever seen on iOS , even when compared to Best in class games like play dead inside. My jaw literally dropped.

    Returning iOS gamer

    Posted: 08 Aug 2019 12:49 AM PDT

Not sure if anyone has heard of Trade Nation back in the olden days but I am looking for a similar game as that.

No combat just pure farming and peace. Also not too into city style. Prefer village. Thanks!

Looking for a chill idle/clicker game to replace Egg Inc.

    Posted: 08 Aug 2019 12:18 AM PDT

Hey all. I am just looking for some recommendations for a new (to me) iOS idle/clicker game. Something to pass a few minutes in the morning, or on break.

I was playing Egg Inc. for about the last two years and loved it, but a recent update turned it into a pay-to-play model and it really fell apart in my eyes.

So I've been looking around. Thing is, I've played most of the big ones. Cookie clicker, ad-venture series, idle heroes, etc. Most are good, but they all seem designed around spending money. Egg Inc. was pretty much the opposite until this summer update. Where I could just play and enjoy it and drop some money here and there but at no point did it ever force me to watch ads or spend cash to progress. Being forced into those awful models really ruin the experience for me.

So, with that said, anyone have suggestions that aren't based around watching ads, or spending cash that are decent for casual play? I don't mind if the app initially costs a few bucks to buy, but mostly looking to avoid heavy mtx annoyances.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Racing games like Reckless Racing and Pico Rally?

    Posted: 07 Aug 2019 04:33 PM PDT

I really enjoy racing games like the two listed in my title where it's top down view with simple controls of mini cars on a loop track. However, neither of these games have a deep progression system. I was wondering if anyone has come across a racing game in this style that allows car unlocks and upgrades. Bonus points if it's offline. Thanks!
