    Holy crap Facebook messenger and Facebook app was killing my iPhone. Even with background app refresh on. I’m going to try an app called friendly and see if it works better. Still background app refresh off.

    Stuck on blank hotel WiFi screen. I have a iPhone 8 that I updated yesterday to the newest iOS. Every time I try to get onto the WiFi it doesn’t let me go any further than this. The rest of my family can get in fine and i can’t. Anyone know how to help this?

    I really like apples maps. I like the refreshed 3D map, the street view, animations on areas such as the London eye. Also, real time traffic alerts, public transport times and tickets, restaurant reservations from the click of certain restaurants and so much more. I do respect other map services too

    Find my fiends

    I've has the app installed and use it occasionally to see how close my family is when they visit or to surprise my friends every now and then, I downloaded the iOS 13 public beta and since then I noticed the app wasn't on my phone, so I go into the App Store to re-download it when it says my iPhone doesn't meet the requirements to use the app, now I don't know if this is a bug with the beta so I came here to ask if anyone else has experienced anything like this?

    How are you doing this ?

    I am looking into more efficient solution.

    If I do it over iCloud, it would shrink video to 720p, when I connect device to PC and use Explorer it takes ages to find videos due to folder sorting (or I dont know where it places them properly) and most of the time I have to go trough thousands of files just to find certain video.

    In search of apps for my work (it network technician)...

    Dear subreddit users, as an apple addict (once you go mac you never go back ;-) ) I managed to purchase by my manager (i m an it technician network specialized) an IPhone. Due to budgetary cuts it will be an IPhone 7 (nonetheless perfect for my needs) but I m totally lost inside the app store to find following kind of apps that we were using previously on our android devices:

    • Wi-Fi scanner that shows said neighbours and encryption (like Wi-Fi analyser by farproc on android)
    • network toolbox (fing seems pretty neat but is it enough?)
    • some complements to office 365 suite (we are using e3 subscription fyi).

    Purchasing apps is not a problem because I can eventually send the bill to the accountant because it s work related (however <100 bucks )

    What made me try to convince to my manager is that we already have a lot of Apple devices (Apple TV, iMac, Mac Mini, and for my personal use an Apple watch). Plus the sturdiness of the IPhone 7 due to heavy loads, movements during my work shift.

    I would really appreciate some feedbacks from die hard users ;-)

    Hey Siri, remind me of this.... Still unreliable?

    I remember a couple of years ago when Apple announced they were making Siri more proactive, one of the feature was that in a lot of stock apps, you could say "Hey Siri remind me of this" and it would create a reminder based on notes or a Safari page you were looking at. I reminder this feature being broken.

    In an effort to save money, I want to move away from Evernote and other productivity apps subscription costs. I just tried using Siri to remind of a note and it didn't work ( "Sorry, I can't remind you about the notes App"), after I tried it a couple of more times it finally worked.

    This is very unreliable, why and is there a fix?

    So, I am running iOS 13 Beta on my iPhone 7 Plus, I was wondering if anybody else has had the issue/experience as me. My main issue is that Siri will randomly activate while doing a activity on my phone. Then say she isn't supported on my iPhone. I find it very odd that she says that. But I have come to no avail for as to why it does it. Waiting for the next update as we speak.

    So I was dumb and let Google photos remove pictures from my photo library. But I want to move them back to iCloud. Is there an app or some good method to ensure that I don't get duplicates and even clean them up a bit?
