Magic Keyboard (gen 1)'s battery drains too fast when connected to 2018 MBP Posted: 24 Apr 2019 01:24 AM PDT I've noticed that my Magic Keyboard (gen 1) 's battery has been draining way faster after being connected to a 2018 MBP compared to when being connected to a 2018 Mac mini. Is this normal? Both machines run on the latest macOS. [link] [comments]

MacOS Mojave, Safari, Firefox, any browser, some websites buttons do not respond when clicked. Why? Posted: 23 Apr 2019 11:28 PM PDT I have come across a few websites that have "Login" or "Enrol" buttons that do nothing when clicked. Some buttons click, but nothing happens (Login for example); and some buttons do not even click (feels like they're just graphics, instead of being clickable buttons) - the "Enrol" button for example. This happens in Safari, Firefox, Opera. A website where this happens is https://www.airvistara.com/trip/. Click on "Log in" at the top Right, then when the window pops up, try clicking either the Login button or the Enrol button. There are other sites too where this happens, but I cannot remember those off the top of my head. When I contact the website owner for help they say that everything works fine on their end. I tried searching online for help but was unable to find anything; hence my request here. Thank you and cheers [link] [comments]
Safari. Reddit. 3 Clicks for gifs? Posted: 23 Apr 2019 08:20 AM PDT Using Safari with Reddit and I see a gif post...it takes three-four clicks to get the gif to move. Is there a setting I can change either on Reddit or in Safari? Here is an example. That is click one. Then Click 2 launches the gif on a new tab. Then the third click brings me to Imgur. Then the fourth click starts the gif playing. That's a lot of clicks in my life that I'd like to reduce. I need to be efficient when wasting my time. [link] [comments]

Posted: 23 Apr 2019 05:52 AM PDT Hi, I've got a folder with 15k of pdf files. All pdfs have similar name like: xxx0001 xxx0002 etc. I need to check if all the files inside this folder are correctly there (one by one). for now I got like xxx250 and xxx261 next (xxx251-260 missing). I need a program or any solution to see which of files are missing. It is impossible to do it manually. I've searched the web for such a solution but still nothing. I need a program where let's say I put xxx001 and xxx15000 and program or anything show me missing files. Thanks! [link] [comments]
