Howdy fellow mobile gamers! I've been working on this game for the past two years (it's far from ready mind you) but I wanted to hear what you think about it and if I should keep on working on it? My idea was to create a game that I would like to play, alas, it can't be a passion project forever.

Your top PAID games (no in-app purchases)?

    Posted: 06 Apr 2019 09:13 AM PDT

I'm a casual gamer that sometimes gets into RPGs and telltale-like games. Basically I'm looking for games I can play for spurts and come back to later when I have time. Any suggestions that are fully paid games without spending more money in-app?

Hi guys! Searching for some game suggestion, any help?

    Posted: 06 Apr 2019 09:37 AM PDT

Searching for something without microtransatiion, possibly offline. RPG-ish, but not specifically that, something that does not suck my battery out but that also doesn't require me to log every now and then.

Also games that can be played in vertial too, if you have any idea.

PROMO CODE GIVEAWAY: An Ancient Italian Poem Comes to Life in Beautiful Roterra for iOS!

PROMO CODE GIVEAWAY: An Ancient Italian Poem Comes to Life in Beautiful Roterra for iOS!

Hi Everyone – and Happy Self-Promotion Saturday!

I'm a community manager for Roterra, a fairy tale-themed puzzle game available on iOS (think of it as a cross between Monument Valley and Rubik's Cube) – and I'm back to give away 10 more promo codes today!

The game is based on an old Italian poem called "Orlando Furioso," in which a lot of shenanigans happen around a pretty angry guy called - you guessed it - Orlando. Inspired by the tale, DIG-IT! Games brings you Roterra – which follows the story of Princess Angelica after she is banished from her castle and kingdom by her jealous brother Orlando. She'll need to solve puzzles, avoid her brother's goons, and take back her kingdom with her own hands.

The team behind Roterra has years of experience creating educational apps, and they have expanded their reach with this new game. No matter your age group, we think you'll have a lot of fun playing Roterra and experiencing a bit of history.

Codes will be sent on a first come, first served basis.

For more information on Roterra, you can visit our store page here:

John On Fire : A Man's Cat Taken (Top Down Shooter) coming soon to iOS (late April / Early May)

    Posted: 06 Apr 2019 08:59 AM PDT

Hi friends across the pond (I come from an Android Dev background),

I'm a seasoned Android Game developer (8 titles released) that is finally getting around to porting my work over to iOS. I'm starting with my most recent Top Down Shooter, John on Fire: A Man's Cat Taken, here's the short 1 minute trailer:

    https://reddit.com/link/ba5qcm/video/fyem78nv0oq21/player

    What is John On Fire?

John On Fire is a single player campaign, story driven top down shooter game following John, a former retired, hard-nosed detective, who after his cat is taken from him, goes on a revenge spree for justice against the gang that he failed to take down in his law enforcement days.

The game features 40+ story missions, 20+ side missions, 30+ unlockable weapons, and copious amounts of terrible one liners combining light hearted humor with a serious story.

The game is Free to Play (ad supported). The entire story is beatable without unlocking the full version. A single, one time IAP is available that unlocks bonus side missions to unlock more guns and disables ads. The full version will also include all future content (including all future expansion content and additional special features that are planned).

Where Can I get John On Fire?

John on Fire is currently available on Android, I am working hard to port it over to iOS. Bringing it over to you guys is my top priority. Expect a release in late April or Early May at the latest.

For updates, follow me on twitter or Facebook: https://twitter.com/XKSoftwareDev (Facebook search for XK Software Development)

This will be my first game I'll be releasing for iOS, I'm excited to become a part of your community!

    [DEV] 66 Santase

    Posted: 06 Apr 2019 02:22 AM PDT

66 Santase is a classic card game for two players. I played this game as a child and a few years back I decided to put it on mobile devices. Last year I released the iOS version of the game. This is one of my favorite games. You may know it as Sixty-six, or Schnapsen in Germany. Santase is the name in my country - Bulgaria. But doesn't matter if you know it or not, all the rules are in the game. You can customzie the look and part of the rules. In the comming weeks or months I plan to relase Online Multiplayer. For now you can play only vs CPU, but be careful, it is one of the best AI for this game. I hope you like it. Try it, and rate it on the App Store if you want. This really helps me. The game is free. I integrated a few interstitial ads but they show only when the game is over. Nothing that will block you from playing the game normally. I hate intrusive ads anyway. Enjoy!

Achieved a minor victory in Cultist Simulator

    Posted: 05 Apr 2019 09:15 PM PDT

Hello iOS gaming, what does the front page of your gaming folder actually look like? What is the crème de la crème of what you currently have downloaded right now?

    Posted: 05 Apr 2019 12:07 PM PDT

Hey guys, what multiplayer games are YOU currently playing and enjoying?

    Posted: 06 Apr 2019 04:20 AM PDT

I enjoy making these kind of posts from time to time just to see what kind of multiplayer games people are currently enjoying. There usually is a hidden gem or two that people end up posting that would otherwise go completely unnoticed. So I was wondering, what kind of games are you currently playing and enjoying?

Here is a list of some of my multiplayer games:

Arena: Brawl Stars - excellent game to get some quick pvp action, each round is short, and is very easy to pick up and just play for a couple of minutes

Arena: Tacticool - this game I have been enjoying a lot recently, though there are a couple of P2W elements that keep me from truly enjoying this. Though this game is a really fresh take on tactical shooters and is a must play for people that enjoy arena based games.

CCG: Shadowverse - This game has been by far my most favorite CCG game out there. It is very F2P friendly, really competitive and in depth. Very well polished game that can easily compete with the likes of Hearthstone (it's basically a hearthstone copy)

Battle royale: Battlelands - This game is pretty enjoyable, though get's pretty slow from time to time. It's a relaxing take on the BR genre, recommended it to anyone who wants a quick battle royale kick in their daily routine.

What are your favorite non-square enix JRPGs?

    Posted: 05 Apr 2019 05:32 PM PDT

Nothing against SE, but I've played them all hahaha.

To me the story is the most important part of a game.

    Much love!

Hello mobile gamers! I'm collecting some statistics for a school project about loot boxes and other micro-transactions and would love for you to participate!

    Posted: 05 Apr 2019 02:56 PM PDT

Looking for a mobile game that’s f2p and can become my “main” game. Something with a healthy community/dev support. Open to all ideas. Thanks.

    Posted: 05 Apr 2019 09:27 PM PDT

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

    Obviously I prefer a f2p-friendly game! Haha

    Competitive Games?

    Posted: 05 Apr 2019 06:07 PM PDT

I am looking for competitive multiplayer games that do not provide an unfair advantage through time or money. I like games where no matter how much time you have invested the better player will win.

I have been playing Clash Royale and as much as I like it, I hate the fact that my competitiveness is based on card level and what cards I own.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
