    I just realized my left AirPods don’t charge. I just got these a month ago. If I press down, it charges in the case. Can anyone advise on what to do or have experienced this before?

    So I've been owning the XS for quite a few months now and I love this phone. Coming from a "classical" design of the iPhone 8 really changed the things up a lot in terms of usability (in a good way).

    Today I noticed (well I noticed this well before, but only today I understood why this is happening) that when your alarm goes off it starts at a higher volume (the one you set up in the settings) but the moment you look at the phone it automatically lowers the volume. This is happening because FaceID recognizes that you are looking at the phone, therefore have woken up so there's no need to blast the alarm in your face at full volume until you turn it off.

    I suppose you have to turn FaceID on with "attention awareness" turned on also (don't know if it works without attention awareness) but it's a neat feauture nevertheless!

    So I was woken up by my dad's alarm going off upstairs whilst he wasn't anywhere near his phone on a different floor. I could hear the noise and vibrations through the ceiling. There was no way I could go back to sleep until it stopped, so I figured out that if you call (I missed-call in this case) an iPhone that has an alarm going off, it will actually stop the alarm completely. I then went back to sleep in quiet bliss. A tip to anyone who ever goes through the same harrowing experience that I did.

    New iPhone XS, anything I should know?

    Haven't been on an iPhone since the 5c, however I have to say this thing completely destroys my old Samsung S8. I am extremely impressed with apples improvements and quality over android. This is just a massive improvement in every way.

    Anything I need to know coming over from Android? Tips and tricks?

    so i was on the train today and i saw someones X or Xs (dont know), know it wasnt the Xr and their font was way smaller than mine. I went into settings and its at the smallest possible. Am i missing something or am i bugging out?? , even the keyboard was smaller looking.... if any ideas let me know

    Do iPhones spark?

    So recently, my carbon monoxide alarm went off, and my phone fell out of my pocket. I went to lift it up, but then stopped because I had raise to wake on. I was wondering if raise to wake can cause a spark on the XR? (It wasn't plugged in)

    Advice needed - Charging Cables

    Hello,

    After years of owning a Samsung Galaxy, I went back to the iPhone. Specifically, the XS and I absolutely love it. I'll probably never leave again. So the first thing I did was order some cheap cables off Amazon like I would do for my Samsung. Did some research and realized MFI was a thing and I needed those. These cables are NOT MFI unfortunately.

    Edit: I never received the Apple warning stating they weren't non-MFI ("Accessory not supported"), I'm just basing this off the lack of MFI in the item description below.

    Needless to say, the Amazon return process has begun and new Anker Powerline +II's are on the way.

    Now help (please):

    Would using the non-MFI cable ONE TIME hurt my phone? My phone charged fine using the cable. It lasted 36 hours without additional charging. I charged it again fine with the Apple branded cable. Charged from 15% to 97% (I took it off) but then I woke up and it was still 97%. Brought it to 100% and it's been there since. No problems noted.

    Screen is broke can't use it. Before I waste money on a cable am I able to view it on a computer and click on it on the computer without being able to use the phone itself?

    Just got an XR and I'm paranoid without a screen protector

    I've had phones before where the screenprotector has saved my phone from tons of scratches. I've heard though that the glass screen protectors mess with the touch? Is this true? If not which kind would you recommend? I've been hearing good things about Xdesign, Anker and Spigen

    Video sound decreases while watching?

    I was at a concert on Saturday and took some vids but since watching I've noticed the sound and actual volume of the video starts off loud and normal then 3-5 second in actually decreases and sounds like the volume is cut way in half. I checked all the videos I took and same thing. Has this happened to anyone/does anyone know how to fix this? iPhone XR

    Lost my iPhone about 2 months ago

    I tried find my iphone but that didn't work, likely because the battery is dead.

    Is there a way I can get a notification (preferably through apple, possibly through IFTTT) for when my iphone gets charged and turned back on? I'd love to be able to activate find my iphone and see where it's at. If it's someone's house I'd probably just knock politely and if things get weird I'll let police handle it.

    iPhone XS - sim tray question

    Hello everybody,

    Is it normal for the sim tray to kinda stick out like mine does? It's not a crazy amount, but it does scratch my finger if I run through the edge of the phone. Wasn't sure if that's just how the phone is set up. I don't see any rubber or anything else sticking out either, I've tried taking the sim card tray in and out a few times and still sticks out a bit everytime. I attached the pictures below.     Eliminate Pro Ios Game

    Who all here knows about this game? I was just curious if anybody still had the applications in their libraries still. I used to have the co-op version but it disappeared a while back when they took it off the store, but I still have the original version 2.0 application of it with the old version of itunes. Just hoping to find the co-op version somewhere so I could get the extra models of the newer maps and the battlefield drones and so on. If anybody has copies of the games, please let me know! Thanks 😁
