Does anyone have Real Gold Apple Watch from 2015?

    Posted: 05 Feb 2019 05:07 PM PST

I used to be able to transfer an in progress call from my iPhone to my Apple Watch by clicking the audio option, and got choices of Speaker, Apple Watch, and iPad, now the watch option is no longer there. Does anyone know why?

App to display any recorded health data on my phone as a watch complication?

    Posted: 06 Feb 2019 08:04 AM PST

So for example, if I want to have HRV on my screen as a complication, (or any other health data), I would simply choose HRV in the app, set the complication and it would show on my watch face, and of course, auto-update periodically.

    Does app like this exist?

My wrist constantly buzzing and notifying me of stuff is annoying

    Posted: 06 Feb 2019 07:49 AM PST

Was getting super annoyed with how frequently my wrist would buzz, so I turned off almost all notifications on my watch and just use complications to see when I have notifications come in. Phone calls and health alerts still get my attention, but in an effort to separate myself from constant distraction on my wrist.

I know how it sounds like a waste of money to buy a $400 watch and then turn off a lot of functionality, but I feel healthier not being taken out of what I am doing every 30 seconds to check a conversation.

    Why isn't there a wafer-thin plastic cover?

    Posted: 06 Feb 2019 05:16 AM PST

I don't understand why the only covers and cases available are bulky and ugly. Why isn't it possible to make a wafer-thin clear plastic cover that protects the screen and sides, that just sits on top of the watch? I'm not looking for fall protection, just something to protect from scratches that's as thin as possible.

    What’s your favorite heart app?

    Posted: 05 Feb 2019 07:28 PM PST

Heartwatch, heart analyzer, cardiogram, others? Which do you prefer and why? Been using heart analyzer for quite a while, but it stopped working on my watch so looking to switch to something else. I loved the hi/lo/avg complication so hoping there are other apps with similar capabilities.

All white charger vs white and silver charger - difference?

    Posted: 05 Feb 2019 07:12 PM PST

Is there a difference between the all white all plastic Apple Watch charger and the white plastic and silver metal charger?

My watch (S4 aluminum GPS)came with the all white one. I ordered an additional apple brand changer and the one I got is white with a silver casing. What's the difference?

Fitness Challenges are a great addition! But they need a complication of their own.

    Posted: 05 Feb 2019 12:16 PM PST

Just coming here to sing praises of the fitness challenge. It gets me and my buddies extremely active, and though it's not always easy to find the 75-90 minutes for exercising between work, family and kids, somehow when it comes to competition the time is findable! My buddy and I just finished our 7th week of competition with calories set at 500, I've lost over 15 lbs and feel better than I have in years (we're both early 40s). Thanks Apple! Now make it a complication we can monitor at a glance!

[Discussion ]Hilarious, yet annoying problem with product red band.

    Posted: 05 Feb 2019 06:09 PM PST

Hi everyone, I'll try to keep this concise as possible.

I have been using this 42mm S1 ever since it came out and pretty much had no issues whatsoever, like, at all. Until I was gifted a product red band.

See, what's happening, is that the green LEDs are being triggered by the red color of the strap when it's not on the charger or being worn (simply laying on my desk).

This drove me bonkers. 160bpm heart rates being recorded, my watch vibrating out of nowhere, getting random notifications to stand and breathe (because the watch has been stationary for a while), so on and so forth.

I ended up fixing the issue by just putting a black microfiber cloth over the sensor and calling it a day.

In hindsight, I should probably leave the watch on the charger when it's not in use but it tends to heat up if left there for an extended amount of time

TLDR; product red band + green LED = watch thinks it's being worn

    Best Running App?

    Posted: 05 Feb 2019 05:35 PM PST

I have used Runkeeper as my running app since 2012 and I have all my my half and full marathons saved in the app. I recently bought an S4 because I wanted to run without my phone, and you can imagine my heartbreak when I realized that Runkeeper does not track altitude changes when running with only your watch. So now I need a new app. I don't like the activity app since it does not have verbal cues and the vibration at every mile is barely noticeable.

    Any recommendations?
