| iPhone6 won't turn on after drained batt Posted: 27 Feb 2019 08:42 PM PST This happened yesterday too, I forgot to charge my phone and so the battery was drained. I charged it, and when i hold the power button the usual charging sign doesnt show up, nothing shows up at all not even the not-charging sign. But yesterday when i just left it presumably charging it turned on after 40 mins. Today it wont turn on, it has been an hour, maybe two hours actually, and it won't turn on. My charger is working fine since i tested it on my friend's iphone. I don't want to go to power mac to get it fixed since im a broke college student. Does anyone know how to fix this or what's going on? [link] [comments]  |

| iCloud Backup wont back up Iphone 6 Posted: 27 Feb 2019 09:34 PM PST Yesterday i got a new Iphone 7 but i am still unable to backup my old iphone 6, i am not sure why and i even followed some of the steps on youtube video. I clicked backup now in the settings and now it just gives me a loading bar that does not move and an "estimated time..." but when i cancel the backup now it says 1 minute left for a quick second. I am not backing up alot only 30 MB and i never Backedup my phone before because i dont know alot about technology so i was hoping if someone could help. | Computer is selectively importing videos Posted: 27 Feb 2019 06:46 PM PST I'm not sure where to go to get help for this problem I've been having. I have an iphone 6s as a work phone and a Lenovo think pad for a work computer. I work in the mental health field and we use our phones to film sessions with client permission. Due to HIPAA we cannot use icloud or itunes and we have to upload our photos/videos directly to our computers so they can be locked and password protected. However, my phone will often not recognize a video on my phone that needs to be imported to my computer. It will sometimes import videos and will always upload photos, but it will selectively decide not to import some videos. I have no idea how to upload these videos when my phone doesn't recognize them as "new" so I can get them off of my phone. My IT department has been exactly zero help. Does anyone have any ideas? | Old iPhone broke - Can't set up new iPhone! Posted: 27 Feb 2019 06:43 PM PST My daughter broke her old iPhone screen, so I went to the store and purchased a 7. The old iPhone is worth nothing and I do not want to fix it. I purchased the Cloud Backup for her iPhone months ago, so all the data is safe. I go to set up new new iPhone, and I select to set it up as an existing iPhone. But it then sends an verification code to my broken iPhone and asks me to read it. I can't get that text. Next I try setting up the iPhone as a "New Phone" but once I type in her apple ID it does the same thing and asks for the verification code that I can't get. I Googled the hell out of this issue and come up blank. One article suggests that I log into apple and manage devices. I log in with her credentials but it AGAIN texts her a confirmation code I can't get! I really don't want to pay $60 for a new screen for a old worthless iPhone. Is there any way to -Set up the new iPhone -Connect it to her account without her old iPhone? What if her iPhone was stolen? What would someone do in that case?... [link] [comments]  |
| right side of the keyboard is acting retarded Posted: 27 Feb 2019 04:14 PM PST seriously, its mostly the delete key thats not working, so to find a way around it ill have to press one of the keys on the left side and it temporarily works again. this has been happening more and more and more and happens every single time i use the delete key. this shit started happening only less than a week ago. ive restarted my phone and its still doing this nonsense. | Posted: 27 Feb 2019 06:01 AM PST Hello all, I tried posting in the megathread but didn't get a response. I'm having problems backing up my battered-old iPhone 6 from iTunes to my PC. I had a previous encrypted backup which i went to put on my new phone... only problems is i couldn't remember the password! I deleted this backup from iTunes and then tried to backup my phone without encryption. I now get an error message at the end of step two: 'An error occurred when trying to backup the Iphone 'iphone' I've tried clearing all old backups from iTunes and from the Backup folder but I still get the same error message. I have enough room on my C: drive so it's driving me crazy as to why I can't do a straight backup that isn't encrypted? I'm reading some things online about a permissions thing that it can't deal backing up if it finds a previously encrypted file? | [6S Plus] [ios 12] Issue with streaming video causing sound volume to massively increase Posted: 27 Feb 2019 02:52 AM PST When I run any form of streaming video (YouTube/Netflix/Hulu/etc), the sound volume increases outside of the video apps to such an extreme level that the audio distorts. The only way to fix it is to reboot my phone. Adjusting the volume has no effect. Is there some setting I need to change? [link] [comments]  |

The phone I'm currently using is the 8S. My iPad also randomly had some girl moaning, like she was having sex from what I could hear. It just played randomly, and my Air Drop was on the main screen.
