    Am I the only one who's addicted to hoarding iPhone cases? Currently I have 28 (maybe more) for my 6s Plus (first iPhone, I was an Android user before). I am not ready to share this addiction of mine right now to my friends or everyone in my house and asked about it instead here.

    Can’t buy anything

    My phone is a 6, and I'm not sure what version I'm on (not latest though). When I try to purchase something and enter my password, it accepts it, but then says I have to finish the credit card information. I go there and fill it out and then hit "Done" to finish. However, it wants me to enter my password somewhere, but doesn't send me there. Help?

    How many hours does your iPhone XS Max battery show under Screen On?

    I am reaching a 5.65 hours from 100% to 26% without gaming, only WhatsApp and Safari with low brightness.

    Is this normal?

    iPhone XS Max super laggy?

    I have a 256GB XS Max, it has been super slow since I got it, my 7 Plus was way faster. I have two apps open and it's struggling and lagging before eventually crashing the app. I've restarted my phone multiple times too. Any idea how to fix this? It's supposed to be super fast but can't even handle and idle game....

    Battery replacement (not US)

    So ive been gaming on my phone a lot. Which will actually kill my battery at some point, and ai would like to replace it.

    I live in Montevideo, Uruguay, South America and the official Apple representatives do this kind of work. The thing is, they break the phones most of the times and provide no viable solutions so I'm not willing to risk it.

    In the eventual case I wanted it to go to the US for a replacement, can that be done? I bought this phone from my carrier (8+)

    Has anyone attempted their phones travelling a couple continents just to get their batteries replaced?

    I also called Apple (US) support center just to complain about the lack of professionalism by these resellers but of course nothing was done. Still waiting for a call from them after a couple of years...

    My apple care is ending soon, but I'm having problems right now with my iPhone and I've already called the Apple assistance for help. Will it still last until my support request isn't closed?

    Hey guys. So basically: I'm having serveral problems with my iPhone, but I also noticed that my AppleCare is ending soon. Today I've called the assistance and I've been told to do a reset and try to see if I'm still having the same problem. However, my AppleCare is ending soon. If I don't manage to call Apple back, I still have the same problem and my AppleCare ends, is it true that my Apple Care will still be available since I've called for the same request BEFORE it has ended?

    That's what I think I've been told, but I'm not completely sure about it.

    iPhone X Call Problem

    So, I am having problems with my calls on my iPhone X (256GB). It doesn't matter, whether it's an incoming or outgoing call, the result the same but it doesn't always happen. As far as I am concerned, the occurrence is random, I can't pinpoint the exact reason as to why it's happening. Just out of the blue, I can't hear the recipient and they can't hear me so it basically forces me to end the call. After I/they call back, it's back to normal. Sometimes I even get a notification Call Failure. I am looking for new ideas because I am running out of options at the moment. What I already tried:

    • Reset Network Settings, then All Settings & Erase all Content and Settings. The problem eventually came back.

    • Took it back to the store, apparently they did around 300 calls, they couldn't replicate the problem and came to the conclusion that phone is working fine. They used their own SIM card though and did Factory Reset beforehand.

    • tried turning Airplane Mode On/Off, Noise Cancellation On/Off and removed protection case, didn't work.

    I really pinned it down to either SIM or an App that is causing this. Has anyone experienced something like this and can maybe help?

    iPhone 5 battery replacement kits (Singapore)

    I'm looking for battery replacement kits for my iPhone 5, preferably from trusted/reputable companies. I tried looking at iFixit but they don't ship outside US/EU. I'm trying to avoid sources from China because I've seen how bad they can be. Any recommendations? (Reputable ones from China are fine too)

    Hi guys. I've been having this issue for some time now. I work for an Apple reseller and I've come across customers where their IPhone can't retrieve any network when they have outstanding payment with the telco company. Is it possible for this telco companies to have some software where they can control the phone however they want? Or maybe just have control of their networking system? I need advice please. Location : Malaysia.

    Need help with an iPhone 6S, please please please!

    I gave my uncle his first smart phone ever (up until now he has had a cheapo flip phone that he got from wal mart. So I gave him a basically brand new iPhone 6S, it worked fine and one night he left if over my house and I noticed he turned it off and it would turn off, for about 3-5 seconds, then a white screen would appear with the apple logo, and it would then turn off and repeat the whole process until the battery died or if I had it plugged in, until it was unplugged. I've tried hard resetting it, nothing. The phone is in great shape, Nothing like this has ever happened with it before. Does anyone have any idea? And when I try to plug it into a computer with iTunes, iTunes can't recognize a device is plugged in. I'm clueless...
