Back camera not working on iPhone 8? Posted: 13 Jan 2019 11:19 PM PST I've tried to hard reset twice. First it was just happening on Snapchat and Instagram every now and then, but now it's happening on the camera app too. It was just freezing or going to a black screen but now it won't even try to flip from front camera to back camera. I've also updated my phone. [link] [comments] |
Anyone know how to retrieve deleted texts? Posted: 13 Jan 2019 07:57 PM PST Long story short, I deleted some important info off my own phone. Is there anyone who can help? Please? [link] [comments] |
Can’t upgrade to payed versions inside apps Posted: 13 Jan 2019 04:49 PM PST Hi all, hoping someone can help me here. Was on the phone with Apple for a few hours and they finally told me they can't help me. When trying to upgrade to a payed subscription in app (all apps with payed subscription options/upgraded accounts) a spinning loading wheel pops up but just gets stuck there. I do not receive an error message and the losing wheel just spins indefinitely. This is the case for every app I've tried. I have tried: A new Apple ID - New credit card information associated with iTunes account - Resetting network setting - I even purchased a new phone with no luck Please let me know if you guys have any suggestions as I am truly stumped. How to reduce System Storage Size on an IPhone 8? Posted: 13 Jan 2019 03:16 PM PST Hello everyone! My iPhone 8 running IOS 12.1.2 has a pretty good size storage capacity for me at 64 GBs, but unfortunately, the System Storage takes up an entire 56 GBs of it. I've searched the problem, and most answers were to simply plug the device into a computer with iTunes and let it sync, which theoretically recalculates and fixes the storage. Well, it ended up making it slightly worse somehow, and I don't really know what to do. I also tried disabling iCloud Drive, which some people said helped, and it didn't do anything. My last resort is a full wipe on my iPhone, but is there anything else I can try before I do that? It's making my device incredibly difficult to do anything with. [link] [comments] |
Woke up to an iPhone with a black screen. Now the touch screen is wonky. Posted: 13 Jan 2019 05:59 AM PST When I woke up today, my iPhone 7 Plus had a black screen. The home button was working (I could feel the vibrate when I touched it) but that was it. I reset my phone using lock+volume down button and everything seemed to be fine until a few hours later. The touch screen on my phone suddenly started acting weird. Occasionally the touch screen becomes unresponsive for a couple of seconds and there's occasional ghost touching. It's really frustrating. I've tried soft resetting and turning my phone off and on. It hasn't been dropped recently and was working perfectly fine for a while between the strange black screen this morning and when the touch screen problems started happening. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 13 Jan 2019 08:59 AM PST So one night I was doing a video call with my girlfriend and suddenly, half of my phone's screen (vertically) went bonkers and was blinking then after 30secs or so, it stopped into a half glitched screen. The touch on the screen is still working though but the only problem is that I can't see half of the screen itself. [link] [comments] |
