    Looking for Photoshop Replacement

    Sold my MacBook Pro, and picking up my iPad Pro today. I mainly used photoshop for text based creating, logos, signs flyers etc. People have recommended Affinty but it's 20$ and I don't know if I need all that for what I'm doing. Plus I don't want to spend that much when photoshop is coming to iPad soon. Any recommendations would be appreciated

    iPhone XR, 8 or 8 Plus?

    Hi, I purchased the iPhone X before Christmas however it caused eye strain and headaches so I had to return it. I thought that it was probably caused by the OLED screen PWM. I was going to purchase the iPhone XR however have seen that some people are still getting eye strain from it and think it's possibly from the Faceid? I'm now not sure which phone to get because I don't want to have to return another one. If you had to pick between the iPhone XR, 8 or 8plus which one would you go for? Also if you have the iPhone XR does it cause you any problems? Thanks.

    I have an app - Tile - that needs to run all the time. I wish iOS allowed me to hide the Tile app from appearing in the app switcher so I don't have to always see it taking up space when switching apps and so I don't have to slow down when closing all other apps so I don't close Tile along with them.

    Anyone else want this for one or multiple other always-on apps?

    Can I set a location based reminder from iPad to remind me on my phone when my phone arrives at work?

    When I ask Siri on iPad it says it'll remind me when my iPad arrives at work. Default iPad settings will not allow me to to make location based reminders that use my iPhone location to trigger reminders. It's obvious that using a single device for location is logical (Google Home will allow me to do this). I'm wondering if there's a way to force Siri to use exclusively iPhone location for reminders triggered by location?

    Is it worth it spending more money in the 8+?

    I want to switch back to iOS but I can't afford the new ones, so I'm going with the 8. I'm wondering if it's really worth it going with the 8 plus instead of the 8. I'm not a huge fan of big phones and the only two reasons I'm considering the 8+ is the extra gb of ram and the camera. I'm not a gamer, just social media. I do record video a lot, but since the second lens doesn't give me any advantage I can't really decide.

    I have a project due, and long story short I deleted the footage (even out of my recently deleted). Is there any possible way to get it back whether that is through Apple or a 3rd party software?
    No, I did not have a backup.
    No, I did not have photostreaming or anything of that sort.

    Save password prompt? It’ll come up almost every time I unlock my phone while playing music. It now comes up two times, one after the other. It’s been like this since a few weeks after I got the phone in September (iPhone XS Max). Any ideas on fixing this?

    I recently posted about a situation in which I need to recover deleted videos from my iPhone but lack a cloud backup of any sort. I now need to look at third party software in order to recover my files. After some preliminary research I've come across a iMobie and their product PhoneRescue for iOS. Does anyone have any experience with this company/program that speaks to their efficacy and business practices?

    What are the names of entertaining apps that will make me laugh?

    I already tried 9Gag and Imur and I didn't find any of them funny. It's a shame because I loved the idea of 9Gag of having everything to entertain you and make you laugh in the palm of your hand. Do you know any apps that are like that?

    iOS newbie suffering withdrawal from some android app favorites

    So I caved and got an iOS device, so far I like it but i am missing some of my favorite apps I used on android. I was hoping someone knew some good alternatives to K-9 Mail, NewPipe,and OpenKeyChain

    For those not familiar with any of these apps...

    • K-9 Mail like your typical mail client but it has PGP encryption support using OpenKeyChain integration, great app lightweight and fast.
    • NewPipe is an alternative to youtube app with the option to download content from youtube as a video or audio file, or play audio in background, without having to deal with ads.
    • OpenKeyChain handles PGP keys and stuff.

    Can someone help me. my phone, recently got this “circle”, kind of a shadow type thing on its camera. What could this mean?
