Is it worth upgrading my X & S3 Watch to an XS & S4 watch?

So I have an X & S3 that I've only had 2-3 months and I love them both.

I just stopped by my local T-Mobile and they said I can Jump! to an S4 & XS for pretty cheap ($450 total which includes the phone down payment & tax on both) and I'm wondering if they are upgraded enough to justify the switch.

What do you guys think? I heard some bad things about the XS when they came out but haven't heard much lately.

The X & S3 are my first Apple products so I'm out of the loop on when you're supposed to switch and all of that.

Help me have my favorite iPhone case

I live in Iran and due to cruel financial sanctions, I can't buy my favorite mobile case. I have an iPhone X and I really love to have a Nomad Rugged or Nomad Clear case for my phone but, I can't order one on Nomad's website nor buy on Amazon because we are not allowed to have any financial transactions with western other countries. The truth is I can receive anything by mail but I cannot pay for it and it is the reason I am not able to have my beloved phone case. If someone could send me one, it would be a very nice kindness. I know that its not appropriate to ask something like that so let me ask this one: How could you help me? I already explained my situation. What's your suggestion? And let me add that we don't have anything like Best Buy in here too.

Touch screen not working after updating to 12.1

I recently bought this used but excellent condition iPhone X a couple days ago and everything was working perfectly fine until I decided to update to iOS 12.1. After the update was finished and it restarted the phone, the touch screen was no longer responsive forcing me to stare at the lock screen with the notification saying "You have updated to iOS 12.1" or something like that.

I've tried force restarts, DFU restores, and now I am just stuck on the brand new "Hello" screen with no way to continue setting up the phone. If I tap the screen then the screen will turn on though anything after that doesn't work.

Is my only option now to take it to an Apple store?

Frame drops on iOS 12.1

Am I the only one who feels like iOS 12.1 suffered with frame drops in animations compared to iOS 12? These days opening my WhatsApp feels really choppy. iOS 12 also did lag on WhatsApp but it wasn't so bad. It isn't just WhatsApp but other apps sometime suffers as well too.

Battery throttling is still not on and power saver is always off.
