    Hello,

    I have an iPhone X, and noticed the screen color looked off this morning, like the true tone hadn't adjusted or something, then my screen flashed a green color, like the old computer screens green. It then went black and I couldn't get it to turn on using any button or tapping the screen, but I could tell it was still on, if I pushed and held the power button it would vibrate.

    I restarted the phone and was able to get it functional at least, but the color is very green tinted, and then I noticed when I lower the brightness down, the whole screen turns that green color. It also happens when I lay the phone flat on a table, it turns green. All the touch ability is still there, and I can see the phones screen under the green.

    I am doing a restore right now because apple support suggested it, and I have an appointment sunday to get it looked at (my warranty ended on Nov. 11)

    I was just curious if anyone might know anything about this in case they don't repair it. I don't think they will because it is out of warranty, but I am hoping since it is so close they might. I have had it in a case and screen protector since day one, and I have dropped it a couple of times over the past year, but not in about 2 months now, usually it falls onto my carpet at home.

    Mum's phone broken & have no idea how to fix

    So my mum's Iphone 7 has got stuck on the white screen with the Apple logo, she said it happened after she got a message. I have tried to turn the phone off, it doesnt work. I have tried to hold the on/off button and the volume down button to reset the phone and no matter how long I hold it down it looks like it turns off but as soon as I stop the white screen pops up again, maybe with a brief flash of what the back camera sees. Then finally i tried plugging it into a laptop buy Itunes doesnt recognise the Iphone as even being connected to the laptop.

    Any suggestions other than going to the Apple Store?

    iPhone needs restore, how to backup beforehand?

    This morning my iPhone 6s; ios 12 was acting all slow while I was browsing Instagram and decided to do the loading screen and turn off.

    When I tried to reboot it, it has support.apple.com/iphone/restore for me to see. I went ahead and followed the instructions and it eventually proceeded me to go to Apple Support.

    I don't really have time for that right now, is there anyway I can restore what I currently have on my phone (mostly just care about photos/videos) so I can factory reset it?

    Autocorrection bug on Iphone XR, hides below keyboard itself.

    Brand new Iphone XR, and the autocorrection is barely visible when it appears, just below and behind the keyboard itself. Is there any guru out there who knows what a man can do with this?

    I used swiftkey on my old phone and was gonna start over with the apple one this time around, mostly cause Swiftkey isnt very stabile.

    Update: Apparently the bug is only for FB messenger, I can live with that until later

    Iphone 8 really slow at transferring photos to PC using Lightning to USB Cable

    I used to have an iPhone 6 and used it to take lots of pictures and video. I then use a lightning cable to move them across to my Windows PC. This usually works fine, it took about 5 mins to move 10GB of video across.

    This year I upgraded to an iPhone 8, and also both my lightning cables got lost so I bought an unofficial one. When transferring videos across it takes 5 mins to transfer only 30MB! Also, after 5 mins the transfer stops and a message comes up saying "This device is unreachable", even though the iPhone is still securely plugged in and the computer has been trusted.

    I doubt this is an issue with my PC as it works fine when transferring things from USB memory sticks etc:

    1. Could it be an issue with the unofficial Lightning to USB cable? Are the official ones better at data transfer, should I go out and buy a new one? Don't want to spend £19 on a cable unless people say it might be better.

    2. Is it an issue with my iPhone? The old one worked perfectly. The old one was on IOS 8 and this one is on the latest IOS.

    If I restore my phone from a computer backup, will I be logged into my Instagram account automatically in the app?

    I cannot log into my Instagram account. I forgot the password and the email has a typo so I've hit a wall. I was thinking if I wipe my phone and restore it to a time I know I was logged in on my phone, if it will be logged in on the app once i restore so I can get into the account (and perhaps change the password.) Anyone know or have a better idea? Thanks. It's very important because it has to do with my business. Instagram cannot recover accounts if the email is incorrect.

    Edit: I tried accounts/passwords in settings, but there is zero data.
