| iPhone X - Battery Health 88% - her replace? Posted: 01 Sep 2018 11:30 AM PDT Im a Heavy User and charged my phone 90% of the time with the 5W charger. Then some weeks ago I bought the USB-C fast cable and 29W Charger. Usually charging my phone when I'm not using it. Had from time to time that it get very hot when charging (iPad charger) that it slowed down. ATM 300 cycles and 88% Battery health. What I noticed is when using LTE even with good signal my phone gets really warm (using Instagram or 2-3 rounds of Clash Royale) No background refresh etc turned on. How long will it take to change the battery in the apple store ? (I have apple care protection) Do they put off the screen protector off that I have installed? [link] [comments]  |

Posted: 01 Sep 2018 08:28 AM PDT I'm using the screen protector that comes with the mous case for which does it's job well but the screen sensitivity has decreased so much that often times a double tap gesture is required. Posted: 01 Sep 2018 04:01 PM PDT i can't trim videos on my iphone anymore every time i try moving the sliders they don't move same thing when i try cropping a photo i try cropping it and a box saying "downloading" comes up but doesn't move. anyone know how to fix this? | Is my battery wear higher than normal? Posted: 01 Sep 2018 12:50 AM PDT Got the phone at the end of December last year. Started checking the battery wear in March this year and it started at 99%. That was okay, but ever since I feel like it drops a bit too fast. I use my phone throughout the day, sometimes even for mini games etc. But I usually just charge it over night to 100% and use it throughout the day. So it's not like it's constantly plugged in and drained while I use it. So that's why I got surprised when it fell to 92 % a couple of days ago. Also shouldn't the Voltage be at 3.81 V, how come mine is at 4.20 V? Any advice? Is this normal? Also one thing I noticed (not that it happens often): If I had intense use and the battery gets drained the phone starts lagging if it's gets under 10% battery charge. Thanks for any advice and help. | Posted: 01 Sep 2018 03:41 AM PDT It is annoying that there is an extra step to close apps with the X compared to other models. Is there a work around or setting I am unaware of? And I don't want to get any responses about it being better to leave them open. It has been proven they can drain your battery if left open even having background app refresh off. This Reddit app was an app I proved drained battery life while open in background whether locked or not. [link] [comments]  |
| Posted: 31 Aug 2018 07:42 PM PDT So when the first iOS 12 public beta came out I tried it but for me and the battery issues I had I did not like it so I reverted back to 11.4. Is it worth it to try it out again now that we're 10 Betas in? For me 11.4.1 is stable and smooth as heck so just not sure if it's worth the hassle if I have to revert back again or just wait until 12 is official. [link] [comments]  |
