- A weird one. My apartment has a buzzer box that dials my iPhone. I can still buzz people in, and I can hear them, but they cannot hear anything that I say. This was not the case a few months ago. Any ideas?

- I just dropped my brand new iPhone 8 from about 6 feet onto vinyl. Should there be damage?

| Posted: 26 Sep 2018 11:49 AM PDT Context: same phone number as always, same carrier, but I have switched SIMs/phone plans, though I don't think that should matter if I have the same number? I'm running 11.4.1 on an iPhone SE. I honestly don't know where to start with this. I asked my roommate, and he hasn't been having this issue with his phone/buzzer code, so it can't be the apartment buzzer system. But I haven't any idea what in my phone could've caused this. This only happens with the buzzer calls - all other calls work perfectly fine. It's persisted through some shut down/turn on cycles. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated :/ [link] [comments]  |
