    Does anyone know why Amazon Prime content isn’t playing in HDR.

    When the Prime Video app for Apple TV was first released, there was a section for 4K HDR and that was the only way shows played in 4K HDR. Now that section is gone and none of the shows that I know are in HDR are actually playing in HDR or even 4K for that matter. Wanting to watch Prime in all its glory. Please help.

    Update: Recurring video/audio glitches on ATV4k

    I thought I'd give a short update on this.

    I got my unit replaced exactly two weeks ago and also replaced the HDMI cable (again) just to make sure. Everything worked fine until two days ago when my new ATV started to show the exact same issues like the old device. The problem (as seen in the video in my first post) showed two times within the last two days.

    I'm at a loss. I guess this is some kind of software issue since it happened with two different ATV units, multiple different HDMI cables and I've never seen anything like this with any other device connected via HDMI to the same TV. Also a soft reboot of the AppleTV fixes the issue immediately so I can't imagine this being some kind of hardware failure.

    Again, this is with the latest stable version of tvOS, not some kind of beta release.

    Any ideas what else I could do? I really want to like the ATV but this is just not acceptable.

    Is there a way to stop content from just one Apple TV from showing up in the TV app?

    Apple TV won’t let me sign into ICloud. Apps aren’t loading.

    Recently brought my old Apple TV to school with me. Tried to set it up but it won't connect to the schools wifi because "it needs to download a program" to connect. No apps will load unless I connect the TV to my personal hotspot. Also it will not let me sign into my iCloud account.

    Not too sure what generation it's from. I got it a few years back and it has the silver remote

    “Up next” not updating

    Up next isn't updating for me on the main menu. If I click into the TV app the up next is correct, but I generally start my show from the main menu of the Apple TV, and am real annoyed when it starts an episode that is multiple behind. I turned off then back on up next once and that fixed it temporarily. Thoughts?

    iOS/tvOS beta 12 the update today didn’t fix the previous issue of only audio and no video for third party apps. iTunes movies and video content plays, along with YouTube videos but YouTube TV, HBOGO, etc all play with no video.

    Anyone know why Crackle support has left the T.V. app.? I'm getting really sick and tired of all the T.V. app. bugs. It's an amazing idea, with piss-poor execution. As the late Steve Jobs wanted content at our fingertips... well I wish his ghost would haunt the T.V. app. development team.

    YouTube update with new look

    Today I got update to YouTube mentioned previously on this subreddit. Well it's still shit material design that is out of usual Apple app's look but at least there is no more Red rectangle in the left menu and overall navigation looks smoother
