    Will the prices drop immediately with an announcement or will it take weeks/months?

    Duet Display on iPad problems

    I have an iPad pro running latest version of Duet Display. MBP running 10.13.6..Installed the Duet display app.

    When i first ran everything, i used the ipad pro as second display which worked well (though there is a large black bar at the bottom which is annoying). Anyway, now somehow I screwed up and clicked "mirror display" and I am stuck in mirror display mode. I've reinstalled both apps to no avail, it just defaults to mirroring the display, which it does perfectly but annoyingly.

    Does anyone know how to get it out of this mode and back into 2nd display mode? I cannot for the life of me get this to work.

    Need help with ipad messaging

    A few months ago my messages always came thru eventually even if my ipad had been off. Id get them the next day or whatever. But not too long ago my ipad only got messages if my ipad was on. My friend told me hed been sending messages and i hadnt been getting them. That never happened before. So now i only can see messages sent when im actually online which is a bit inconvenient. What happened?

    Pencil writing before touching screen on new iPad Pro 10.5

    Hi everybody. Last night I purchased a new ipad pro 10.5" along with a new pencil. I noticed that in Notes, Notability, and Pages (these are the only 3 I have installed to test with) that the pencil "writes" before it actually physically touches the display, about 1mm away. Is this normal behavior? This only seems to happen in the note taking apps. When navigating the home screen the pencil has to physically touch the screen.

    Duet display on sale for $9.99 - worth it?

    I've seen this app recommended quite a few times. The thing is I'm not sure what I would use this app for as a student. The only things I have in mind are for when I need to write papers and need to reference multiple webpages (vs switching multiple windows on my 13" MacBook). Also trying out a touch bar would be cool but obviously not necessary. Can you guys tell me what else you use the app for/how it would be useful?

    (Also: Any idea when the sale ends?)

    Compatibility with windows ?

    Hi guys/girls,

    I'm looking into buying an iPad ( probably the smaller pro ) for school mainly and maybe some drawing and video editing.

    However my issue is that I do not own any other "apple" devices except the wireless beats earbud. I'm worried I will have compatibility issues when editing and sending stuff from my iPad to windows or from Windows to my iPad.

    Getting a mac/MacBook is not possible as my desktop and laptop are both fairly expensive and apple doesn't offer anything close to this kind of performance, even their 5k MacBook pro and iMac.

    Anyone is using an iPad alongside window / android devices and can you guys tell me how it is ?

    Best iPad Pro 10.5” case for drawing?

    Like the title says, I'm looking for a case for my 10.5" iPad that will still allow me to draw. From what I've heard most protective case makes drawing harder because of the raised bezel. Is there a decent case+cover that will protect my device without hindering my drawing?

    full guide to navigation & gps: ok after careful thought, i've decided an ipad wasnt the best option for use of gps / google maps. main cause/reason is basically: for the need, it was just too expensive & too excessive. what do ipad users that use google maps think?

    I'm looking for a new iPad for my Mom. She has one of earlier models(1 or 2), and she has been having trouble with it for a while. I don't have an iPad nor do I pay attention to their prices, so I don't know what's a good deal or it's regular price. She doesn't need the most recent model, she mostly just plays Word with Friends.
