    So recently I got myself an iPad pro 12.9" with an apple pencil. Now I really want to draw. I've always been into drawing and really wanna make stuff like you see the real artists do. Of course that takes practice, but I really wanna do it on a good app. I'm willing to pay €10-€15 for it.

    Hi, I was thinking of going paperless for the clinical years in med school.

    My major fear is that I won't be able to recall as much as I've done in the past (use to type + Print + highlight & used whiteboard for consolidation).

    Apple pencil and Ipad Pro seems to be attractive, but I having doubts. I felt like that I would miss the spatial component of learning, I tend to have a image of the page in my head. Which is something I don't want to lose.

    Has anyone gone through the paper to paperless transition?

    Email signature disappears when attaching a pdf

    So I just found out that each time I send a email with an attachment my email signature disappears. If there's no attachment the signature appears with no problem. Does anyone else have this issue? If so, how did you fix it?

    iPencil use with iPad (2018)

    Dumb question but I just bought the iPad and pencil. When using the pencil (maybe it's normal or the way I am using it) but the tip is always hitting the glass making sounds because I write fast. When I write slow there's no glass noise. Anyway that's normal right?? The iPad can handle the pencil hitting the glass? Sorry dumb question.. just curious though.

    Best PDF Markup/Highlighting/Comment App?

    I have an iPad Pro 10.5 and have a daily 2 hr commute via train. I'd like to make good use of the time and review documentation, PDF format, highlighting and adding comments (I have the Apple Pencil).

    What app would you recommend for making simple highlights/handwritten comments for PDFs?

    edit: One feature that would be appreciated, if it exists, is the ability to highlight a line in a straight line, as opposed to my inability to draw a straight line. So, essentially, the app would need to be able to recognize there's text and I'm trying to highlight just that one line.

    ipad vs ipad pro for the procreate app

    Hi, I am preparing myself to be a professional illustrator and I have seen lately a lot of drawings made with iPad Pro and Procreate. It seems to be a very useful tool.

    I have never had an iPad so I would like to know if Procreate runs well on iPad or if the iPad Pro really makes a difference. Is the price of the iPad Pro + the Pencil worth it just for drawing with that app?

    I suppose I could give it more than one use, but mainly is for that. I would love to try it but the price hurts hehe..

    Do you use the 2018 iPad for note taking in University?

    I'm searching a device for note taking in University. I dont need to write that much on it. Only some notes here and there and maybe some math on it I already have a Surface Laptop, so i only need a good (small) tablet with a good pen.

    Do you have any experiences for that task?

    Upgrade to iPad Pro 10.5 or wait for the new ones to come out?

    Currently have an iPad Pro 9.7, want better graphics for Fortnite and games. Should I upgrade to the iPad Pro 10.5 or wait for the new ones to come out and see if the graphics are far better? If they aren't much improvement I can buy the 10.5 at a cheaper price.

    Why is there a giant, useless border around the Screenshot Markup?

    IPad 2018 vs IPad pro 10.5in

    So I've been debating for about a month now on which IPad to get. Essentially, I want an IPad to replace most laptop functions...but is the Pro really necessary for an extra $320?!

    Background: I'm a Chemical Engineering student halfway through my undergrad. I primarily want something to replace my paper notes and potentially store some books.

    Personally, the only desirable benefits to the Pro is the faster refresh rate (specifically during taking notes), the better display, and 16 more gb of storage.

    Money is tight, but would I regret not spending the extra money for the Pro? Do you think it would get frustrating with the slight drawing lag while taking notes? If anyone has any compelling reasons why I should get the Pro or not, plz help!!! I do want the Pro, I'm just having trouble justifying the insane cost difference.

    I was just trying to transfer some pics from my iPad to my PC, but when my computer pops up the AutoPlay window, I click the folder to open the files, but when it brings it up it just has one pic that I can transfer, but I have 22 pics on my iPad I want to transfer...

    Help? :(

    ** would have put screenshots to show that I'm talking about but since it won't show all my images I have on my iPad to transfer don't see how that's possible.
