Does this look normal? I was using google maps as my navigation, had brightness all the way up and it went from 81% to 38% with the screen on the whole time in about 3 hrs.. is my battery messed up?

Does this happen to anyone else? My phones screen will randomly stop responding to touch, the side buttons work fine. If I lock it and wait a few mins it will normally work, if I reboot, it will work. All very inconvenient. It just started doing it recently, I have no screen damage, and I took my tempered glass off to make sure that wasn't it. I'm wondering if this is a bug that will be fixed with an update or a hardware issue, either way it's annoying.

When using Apollo I will sometimes accidentally swipe to far to the left and open up the subs page. Is there a way to close it without having to click on what sub I was currently browsing? So far that's the only way to close it that I know of. It's very frustrating because then it starts me back out at the top when I was a good ways into it.

My Data Manager VPN

So I recently got the X and went to my go-to data manager. The My Data Manager app. So with the iPhone X, the app says it has to use a VPN in order to track the data usage.

So what I'm wondering is if this is safe? Is the VPN going to drain additional battery life? What about data usage?

I know there is a way to turn the VPN off from within the app, but I'm just wondering how that will affect the data usage statistics it gives me.

Hoping one of you has experience with this app or has some insight!

my battery health is 88% according to the built in ios battery health feature. It says that my battery is supporting normal peak performance but i dont think the health should be that low. The phone was bought on launch day. Im also using the apple 29w fast charger.

Messages and some photos deleted?

So I wake up and my messages have been deleted, also some photos appear as white in my photo app but when I tap on them it shows the full photo, I turned off iCloud Photo thing before so I'm sure it wasn't that, what could have happened? Thanks
