If you want to try out the Kingdom Rush formula without dropping dough, try Realm Defense. I believe it's a pretty accurate knock off of Kingdom Rush, but others will have to correct me, I am not a big fan of the Kingdom Rush games.

I just brought the dlc (Valkyrie and supernova) and I'm just wondering, it said that they start after the main game. But why are they listed as new game options and when selected they put you in a "new game" but with certain progress? How does this work???!

Something I can play on the bus or when I get a break. Mini Metro is getting old. I want a good quality game, not one of those low-effort ketchapp/voodoo games unless there is one you highly recommend.

I just want something that immerses me in the game without much complication on understanding things (like computing certain stats for certain things). I just wanna hack and slash my way to enjoyment. Please don't be a greedy money-grabbing game as well.

If you're about to be overrun by any particular wave, quit the app then re-open. The game will have saved it at the beginning of the wave.
