So much love for Apple Support Posted: 03 Jun 2018 05:33 AM PDT Bought a Stainless Steel Apple Watch (Series 0) while on holidays in the US in October 2015. Was wearing it every day since then. This morning I noticed that the screen popped off while charging overnight. In the assumption that warranty was well expired and had to fix it myself I was doing some research on the good old Google machine. While searching I found several articles about a 3yr warranty extension for the issue with the expanding battery. I got in contact with Apple support and about 15 minutes later I had the confirmation that this was still under warranty and was given an address from a local authorised reseller here in Europe. Well impressed how smooth it all went. I wonder if they will repair the watch or will be given a refurbished one. What's the chance I would get a Series 1 instead? [link] [comments]

[Question] how long does your iPhone last when connected to your Apple Watch? Posted: 03 Jun 2018 07:22 AM PDT So like the title suggests, I wonder how long your batterylife is on your phone when connected to the watch, I have an iPhone 7 and i get about 6 hours of screen on time and wonder if its normal. iPhone 7 on ios 11.0 Apple Watch S3 on 4.2.2 [link] [comments]

Posted: 03 Jun 2018 04:35 AM PDT I've had my Watch since November last year and wear it every day for about 10-12 hours or so. To get a good heart rate reading I've had to wear it quite tight. Today I've noticed I've got a huge indent on my wrist (it's been over 12 hours since I've worn it) and I've lost pretty much all tissue underneath. I can feel every tendon and bone. Has anyone else had this experience? [link] [comments]
Posted: 02 Jun 2018 06:34 PM PDT The new Watch update has made it so all my messages on the watch display as green, even though they are iMessages. Any idea of how to fix this? [link] [comments]

How exactly do notifications work? Posted: 03 Jun 2018 12:35 AM PDT I wonder how the notifications on Apple Watch work. I understand that if your phone I unlocked the notifications only show on your phone and not your watch. Same if you sit by the computer and get mail or iMessage. BUT my notifications on my watch seems to randomly not show even if I have it locked in my pocket. It happens a lot with mail, Snapchat and some news apps with push notifications. I feel that the purpose of the watch is lost I still feel vibration in my pocket even though I wear my watch. I want to get all notifications to the watch. I have "mirror phone" on all the apps I want to get notifications from. Any suggestions? [link] [comments]
Posted: 02 Jun 2018 11:54 PM PDT So on r/Apple I saw a post that did discussed the likeliness of Apple dropping the S0 support with Watch OS 5. If that happens, and I update my iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 12 does that mean I will not be able to use my Apple Watch S0 with iOS 12 anymore? I recall that with iOS 11, you required Watch OS 4 unless I'm mistaken and it was the other way around. [link] [comments]
