    Does Downtime actually block applications?

    I can't find an answer to this. If I set Downtime that I want to block Instagram after 15 minutes, what will happen after those 15 minutes? Will Instagram be blocked for the rest of the day? Will Downtime just tell me "hey, you're using an app you shouldn't" or something else?

    I really welcome this as a way to force limits on my use of technology but I'm not sure Apple is willing to be forceful in their implementation.

    [Feature] Hey Siri now works even when using iPhone/iPads speakers

    Hey Siri used to be automatically turned off on a device that was emitting volume from its speakers. You can now use Hey Siri even if your device is playing music out of its own speakers

    Hey, so after installing iOS 12 Beta 1 yesterday I was so happy that my phone felt like new. However, the next morning my alarm clock didn't ring and I woke up late to work... Anyone else experienced the same?

    Screen Time local or iCloud for all devices?

    I haven't installed the betas (probably won't since I have no computer). I was curious if Screen Time only shows you your usage on that specific device or if it will be across devices, maybe between an iPad and iPhone.

    Do Not Disturb Until tomorrow morning iOS 12

    With the new iOS 12 feature for DND, specifically the 'Until tomorrow morning' option, does anyone know what time this is until? Does it depend on a setting somewhere else or is it hard coded? I can't find a setting for it anywhere! Anyone have any experiences in this option?

    People here seem to forget that the software is in its very first beta. You should NEVER rely on it to do your daily actions. I shouldn't need to say this.

    If you want to install the software, go ahead, but don't expect to work flawless

    i've has my iphone 8 plus since november and it's been a pretty solid device since, i noticed quite early the rear flash wouldn't work under 5-10 degrees, it was quite an issue but i lives with it. i was wondering whether anyone else suffered the same defect. another problem is the display, under a heavy load when the device gets hot, the screen dims to 50% and no matter whether i increase the brightness it stays the same. i'm quite curious about what the problems are and wanted to see if anyone else had the same problems. thank you!
