Need help with Pages: "Learn Spelling" option gone? Posted: 02 Apr 2018 02:53 AM PDT Hey, please forgive me, as I've made the leap from Microsoft Word to utilizing Pages. I'm working on a document in Pages and there is a word that I'm using frequently in a document, and I'd like the program to learn the spelling of it. I swear, that if you clicked a flagged/underlined word that the menu that pops up on the right of that word had an option to "learn spelling", but its no longer there. I just did a Pages update tonight before I started working. I googled the issue and even tried doing the suggested CTRL "click", and its still not giving that option. I'm sorry to trouble you all, but can anyone help me track down this feature, please? I'd greatly appreciate it! [link] [comments]
My 34" LG IPS Display Just Started Showing 1080p when using my 2017 MBP Posted: 02 Apr 2018 08:07 AM PDT Have had it display at much higher resolutions for both this MBP and a 2015 MBP, but all of a sudden it is only displaying 1080p and I don't have the options in system preferences -> display to increase the resolution. It looks freaking horrible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Edit - *Update apparently the OSX update last week caused a problem with various HD monitors. Reset the monitor (not turn off and back on) and it should be GTG. [link] [comments]
Magic Mouse an Keyboard with BootCamp Posted: 02 Apr 2018 04:04 AM PDT Had Windows 10 running with BootCamp on my 2017 iMac for quite a while now. Suddenly yesterday my keyboard stopped and mouse stopped working. Tried everything I could think of, didn't help. Even reinstalled Windows with BootCamp and everything seemed to work fine after I did a restart for the typical Windowd updates and now nothing works again and I cannot get past the lockscreen... Could anyone help me please? [link] [comments] |
