- Replaced old iphone 6 battery that came with refurbished phone, now phone keeps restarting itself and not getting charge.
- App unable to be deleted
- Iphone 6 Plus stuck on updating to 11.3. It's been stuck for over 24 hours. I turned it off and back on and it got to the same point before getting stuck again. Any help?
- Apparently my phone is some how connected to my roommate’s smart tv.

| Posted: 01 Apr 2018 07:48 PM PDT So I decided to replace my battery and with a good one too off of amazon, made sure it was decent. I replaced it, pushed everything back into its spots screwed it all in and now my phone keeps restarting. I unscrewed it and pushed the battery part down again to make sure that wasn't it, and the issue is still there. Can't back it up without it restarting on me. | Posted: 01 Apr 2018 10:53 PM PDT I downloaded Spotify++ awhile ago, and deleted it a few days later since it takes up a lot of space on my already full 16gb Iphone 6s. After hitting Zero KB available, as i do very regularly, I went in to check on the biggest storage hog and found an app called "Spotify" with no app art, taking up 149.5 MB, but with Zero KB of documents and data. I have tried on multiple occasions to delete it from settings, only for it to reappear when i go back into settings. Today i tried re-downloading the app from where I got it, but it created a new instance of itself instead of replacing the old one. Is there a way to fix this without a factory reset? I am still on 10.0.1 if that is relevant. [link] [comments]  |

I have tried turning off the badge notification, powering the device off and then on, and then turning badge notification back on. I have also tried turning notifications off completely and no dice. Then, it took me to the recovery mode screen, so I decided that maybe updating it would help. However, after connecting it to a computer, it starts to update it, but then gives me the error 4013. I tried connecting it to a different computer, but that one says that it cannot update the iphone because it could not be found. I don't really know what to do because I was just trying to update my phone to see if the random restarts would go away. It is an iphone 7 by the way. Should I just take it to an apple store? | IPhone 5 - Touch Sensitivity Issue Posted: 01 Apr 2018 02:11 PM PDT Hi guys, I am having an issue with my iPhone. I recently dropped it and broke the screen. I had it repaired in a third party repair shop. The touch works find on the main menu but in most apps or anywhere you have to swipe (App Store, Facebook, Reddit, etc..) the touch can lag, scroll up instead of down and even freeze up becoming unresponsive to any command. What is the issue here? Is it the screen itself? Or is it an internal problem (maybe I did more damage than just the screen?) Any tips would be very much appreciated ! Cheers! [link] [comments]  |
| Can a temporary display be connected to a 5c? Posted: 01 Apr 2018 09:30 AM PDT Over a year ago my wife dropped her upbacked up 5c in the toilet. It had all her photos of our newborn on it. And it was dead dead. So we just counted those as lost, and accepted that our newborn would have fewer photos than her sister. Fast forward to today, our three year old found the formerly waterlogged phone, and plugged it in. I told her not to as "it was dead". Well, i was wrong, and it charged and turned itself on. It is alive! Here is the issue, the screen is completely unresponsive. I hooked it up to both my PC and my Mac, and it asked for the passcode to be entered before I can back up or remove the photos. Is it possible to get a temporary display, just long enough to enter the passcode? i will then extract the photos, and the phone can die the death it deserves? It is Easter, so I can't call any stores, so I am asking you all to put my mind at ease. Tell me, can I do this tomorrow when the stores reopen, or has this phone just played the worst April Fools joke ever? [link] [comments]  |

However, the app seems to decide by itself when to use stills or when to use the "live" versions. How can you control / force that Live Photo's are included in the videos? [link] [comments]  |
| Videos resume playing in background and upon locking the screen Posted: 01 Apr 2018 08:43 AM PDT About a day or two ago I noticed that (almost) anytime I watch a video on YouTube and push the browser to the background or lock the screen, after a moment the video will resume playing again (noticeable because the audio resumes playing). This has become incredibly annoying, as I'll either lose my place in the video or have to bring up the Control Center and essentially pause the video twice everytime I want to respond to a text or lock my screen. Some additional information I've gathered: * My phone is not jailbroken * I normally watch videos in Safari, not the YouTube app. However, I have been able to reproduce this issue using a different browser (Firefox) * Issue occurs regardless of having Bluetooth enabled or disabled (uncertain about the effect of having a WiFi connection) * Issue existed before and after updating to iOS 11.3 * Not dependent on what video I'm watching * Seems to affect only the most recently focused page (e.g., if I have an older Safari page also opened to a video, it won't resume playing.) * Issue occurs regardless of my pausing the video or not before pushing Safari to the background * The only Settings I have changed recently was accepting the CA Certificate for Charles Proxy, although I had deleted it before I first noticed this issue * Issue also occurs if I open a new Safari page Has anyone else experienced this issue lately?
