| Certain apps aren't recording any audio Posted: 05 Apr 2018 09:50 PM PDT I noticed today that while using Snapchat & Voice memo it doesn't seem to be recording any audio. If I gently tap the iPhone against a surface while recording the thumps can be heard, but any other sound doesn't get picked up. I don't think it's an issue with the microphone because Siri, speech to text and calls work just fine. This seems to have just happened today as Snapchat audio was working fine yesterday. Things I've tried: Restarting, reinstalling Snapchat, turning off low-power mode. Microphone is enabled for all apps in settings. | Posted: 05 Apr 2018 09:16 PM PDT I have an 8+ and when I play certain graphically intensive games the screen will progressively dim by itself. I've turned off smart brightness and all features I can think of. It gets to a point where it frame limits to 5FPS. Can't find anything online so I came here, thanks. [link] [comments]  |
| iPhone 6 took a screenshot by itself? Posted: 05 Apr 2018 05:03 PM PDT I wasn't even using my phone, it was just lying on the bed beside me, in "sleep" mode. Suddenly my phone lights up - like it does when you get a text - but instead of a notification popping up, it just takes a screenshot of my lock screen... by itself. I heard the noise and saw the little copy of the screenshot go into the bottom corner, like it does whenever I take one. All of this happened without me touching it. It went back into sleep mode again right after. Does anyone know why this would happen?? Is big brother watching me??? [link] [comments]  |

| Posted: 05 Apr 2018 01:52 PM PDT I work at a desk with a phone and make and receive phone calls all day on a land line. Of course I have my Iphone next to me all day. I decided to call my Iphone from my Work phone to hear my voicemail and when I was getting the phone call it said 'Business Name' Maybe: RainbowTroutKillas I am very confused how it "maybe" knew it was me calling? I am the only one that works the phones. I also called a coworker with an Iphone and it only said Business Name. Help!! [link] [comments]  |
