| Why do I suddenly not have enough storage for my downloaded videos?? Posted: 11 Apr 2018 09:50 AM PDT I have a basic level of knowledge of my ipad so that pretty much means not much. I had maybe 10 hours worth of various TV shows downloaded on my ipad then suddenly it was all, "Do not have enough space to download' but I wasnt even trying to download anything at the time. Then suddenly it deleted all my downloads (But I am still able to watch them- I just have to do it with an internet connection). This morning I even deleted apps on my ipad that I hardly use to try to get more space. I was able to re-download only one of the shows I had and thats it (and it struggled to even do that.) It wont even let me download something that is 20 minutes long. It is kind of old (maybe 3,4 years) so I dont know if that has anything to do with it [link] [comments]  | ||

It had the ipad holder on one side and a pad of some special lined or dotted paper on the other. Maybe a pencil holder, but that was it. I have a Dell laptop(non-touchscreen) and it fulfills all my requirements except for Notes/annotations and Ebook Reading. I bought a Kindle Paperwhite so reading is not an issue now. I was looking to buy an iPad for note-taking. But I wonder if buying an iPad is worth it just for one of its features- HANDWRITING RECOGNITION. | Wifi issues with iPad Air 2 on iOS 11.3 Posted: 11 Apr 2018 01:47 PM PDT I have been having issues with the wifi on my iPad Air 2 (wifi only.) The internet will just stop working/responding completely until I disconnect and reconnect or disable and enable wifi. I have an older router which supports Wireless-N but not Wireless-AC. These problems have existed for about a year now. I recently upgraded from iOS 9, where I was still having these issues. I have disabled wifi networking in location settings but the problem still exists. Any way to fix? [link] [comments]  | ||

| Documents by Readdle - smb connection problems Posted: 11 Apr 2018 11:36 AM PDT I've been having problems getting Documents by Readdle to make an SMB connection to my Windows 10 machines – I keep getting connections errors. I can make the same connections with other apps like FileBrowser and FileExplorer. I have tried name variations – smb://PCName & smb://ip_address – and username variations – email login and explicit Windows user ID – all without success. I have tried by adding a new location and by selecting a PC from the "Nearby" listing. I can connect to my NAS through Readdle without a problem. Any ideas? [link] [comments]  | ||

I have worked on papers in Word on class, but I have only been able to figure out how to save them to my iPad then make a copy to my iCloud Drive. Is Google Docs the best alternative? Im hoping for a solution where I can access my document on the go, then pick up right away on my Mac without having to copy it. | Split view/multi tasking just stops working Posted: 10 Apr 2018 09:54 PM PDT Pretty much the title... when I swipe a floating app to the side and it disappears, I see no way to get it back and I can't open any other new apps to float or use for split view. I've never had to ask a troubleshooting question for iOS before but I have no fucking clue what to do lmao, no documentation on this anywhere I can find. A restart is the only fix I've found. | iPad mini 4 battery draining very fast on iOS 11.3 Posted: 10 Apr 2018 08:16 PM PDT Hello everyone! So yesterday, i updated my iPad mini 4 from iOS 11.1.2 to 11.3. Immediately the first thing i noticed is the improved performance. The animations, especially on the control center and multitasking, are buttery smooth. And it just feels snappier compared to iOS 11.1.2 However, battery life is worse. I turned off background app refresh, bluetooth and cellular data. Yet my battery still drains very fast. I would get around 5-6 hours of on screen time, while on iOS 11.1.2 and older versions of iOS, i would get around 7-10 hours of on screen time. I mostly use my iPad for Reddit, Youtube, Spotify, and playing some less intensive games. According to the Battery Life app, i have around 8% battery wear. And for those who want to know, i use the original charger that came with the box, and the Energea NyloTough 1.5m cable, which is an Apple certified accessory (on the box it says Made for iPhone / iPad). I lost the original Apple cable. Any help would be appreciated! [link] [comments]  |
